  Poor costumer service, The girl on front was very rude, we came about 6.50 PM before they closed but the girl force to me the key drop on drop box for change me $20 extra. Okay

  Service was generally good, but an employee stole my card information on my last rental and made purchases all around jersey city while I was in another state. Hopefully they are still not there. Called corporate to report the fraud, but they didn't seem to care.

  First of all, the rent here is inconsistent. Second of all it’s FILTHY. Trash piled up on top of units. I can’t even blame the housekeeping girl who is super nice… she’s one person with a facility to clean that is absolutely abysmal. There’s storage places all over jersey city. Choose one of them. Avoid this place.
