came on time! feels like good quality, unfortunately there was minor damage on the cover (as you can see in the picture) as it comes unwrapped and was loose in the package :<

I recently went to a wedding of a friend who at one point had told me that if I were a guy, she would marry me. Ryousuke's story echoes this and many other painful feelings, particularly self-hate, that accompany growing up gay in a heteronormative world. The artist and author together do a great job of capturing the ups and downs of life and love and ultimately the importance of accepting and believing in yourself. I found it really heartening, for the protagonist manages not only to land a great partner, but learns to love himself.

I think this is a great book for you if you've had unrequited loves or hangups (queer or otherwise), if you like BL-tier art but want more realistic emotions and characters, or if you just want a compelling love story with a good message.

I mostly read fiction....but bc this was in manga form I gave it a try, and I was not disappointed. Although, I have a love hate relationship with reading these types of stories bc it makes my heart hurt that people have and still go through this everyday. Great read tho!!!

The story storyline is so beautifully blend, it makes you feel connected to Ryousuke to laugh and cry along with him. The journey wasn't easy and I'm just so glad that he is fully happy with his life.

The story is a heartbreaking journey of finding oneself acceptance, and bravery of finding others to embrace the person you are. It is a story well told and with the best possible ending. I love it and hope them the best.

Sweet, relatable, good ending. Really awesome that it's based on a true story. I hope Japan gets more lgbt rights like the US

This BL, based on a true story, shows the sides of what it’s like to be gay that are usually glossed over within the BL world. It was heartbreaking and heartfelt all at once, I truly enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to see both sides of the coin of what it’s like to be gay. Beautiful!
