Additional features and options for the RAV4 Prime SE and XSEBoth trims of the 2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime are equipped with all-wheel drive for better traction control. Different packages are available for each trim to add even more features to what you’ll already get without any add-ons. The SE trim offers an available Weather & Moonroof Package for an additional $1,665.
