What time do the doors open for WWE SummerSlam 2022?

The second biggest WWE annual premium live event of the year is in Nashville, Tennessee, this weekend.

SummerSlam takes place Saturday at Nissan Stadium, headlined by the unified WWE Universal Championship title match between champion Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar.

WWE is currently going through an eventful summer with many changes. Vince McMahon, the longtime chairman, CEO and lead creative mind, announced his retirement last Friday amid an internal investigation by the company regarding McMahon using millions of dollars (as reported by WWE in federal securities disclosures on Monday) for payments to quiet allegations of sexual misconduct.

WWE's board of directors appointed Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan as co-CEOs. Stephanie McMahon, Vince McMahon's daughter, was also named chairwoman of the board. Paul Levesque, known in the wrestling world as Triple H and the husband of Stephanie McMahon, has assumed lead creative duties.

With that, SummerSlam is the first post-Vince McMahon premium live event in WWE. Here's what you need to know about this weekend.
