2	Catch a Shellos (East Sea). They appear blue and green in color
3	Catch a Shellos (West Sea). They appear pink and brown in color
4	Return to Anthe and show her both Shellos forms to complete the request.

The two Shellos forms are found in different zones of the Hisui Region. Shellos (West Sea) are only found in Obsidian Fieldlands, while Shellos (East Sea) are only found in Cobalt Coastlands. To get to the locations of Shellos (East Sea), you will first need to unlock the rideable Basculegion.

How do I get West Sea Gastrodon?

West Sea Shellos are only available through outside transfer from Pokémon Home, but East Sea Shellos are attainable locally in the Galar region. They are most abundant around the Giant's Mirror region of the Wild Area, specifically by surfing during normal weather, intense sun, thunderstorms, or sandstorms.
