Before you're able to login to the Student Portal you'll need to activate your account and set your security reset questions using MyLOGIN. After you've completed the activation process it can take up to 5 minutes before your account becomes active. To activate your account now, visit the Activate your account web page. New staffYour Login ID and Password are automatically established when you begin employment with us. Your account details are emailed to your line manager when your account is established. Once you have your details you will need to set your password and security reset questions using MyLOGIN. Your initial password to log into MyLOGIN will be provided by your line manager. To set your new password now, visit the MyLOGIN web page. Current studentsYour Login ID is the same login information you use to access SIMO, Canvas, the e-Lab and Library computers. If it's been some time since your last login you may need to reset your password as it may have expired. To reset your expired password now, visit the MyLOGIN web page. Current staffYour login information is retained throughout the course of your employment with us. If it's been some time since your last login you may need to reset your password as it may have expired. To reset your expired password now, visit the MyLOGIN web page. My password has expired, or I need it resetIf it has been some time since your last login and you suspect your password has expired, provided that you know your login ID and your last valid password, you can log into MyLOGIN and reset it. In addition to your Login ID and password, you will be prompted to answer three security questions. You must answer all three security questions correctly for the system to allow you to proceed. To reset your expired password now, visit the MyLOGIN web page. If you have forgotten your login details or have encountered an issue using MyLOGIN, please contact the IT Service Desk. Please be aware that you will be required to answer some security questions for identification purposes.
