They are quite a bit below market value, I can say that their customer service is great they are quick to reply to any message an willing to help even if they don't get you the amount you desire ... The value of my gun i 80% condition is ;Trade In:Used=$997.05,New=$1,640.75Private Party:Used=$1,533.93New=$2,524.23And their offer was $650 so if your just trying to cash out your guns fast they would be exceptional but, for someone like myself that is not willing to take a huge loss you're better off taking your time and selling it the old fashion wayI still give them 5 stars on customer service .. Because I understand that they have to be able to make a profit on top of the purchase price.. but I don't feel like they should make twice the customer...

After reading several so-so reviews about Cash My Guns saying that they were profesional and responsive but gave low-ball offers, I was skeptical. They were indeed very professional and very responsive but when their initial offer for my Beretta was more than the offers I had received from 2 local gun shops, I was pleasantly surprised. They also said that if I didn't like their offer, they would like to know if I had a price in mind since they were willing to negotiate. After a couple of counter offers we agreed upon a price somewhere in the neighborhood of 80% of the full private-sale value of the gun. I felt this to be a fair offer considering they paid for shipping and handled all of the transfer paperwork. They also paid me promptly and I found that it was a really easy way to safely and legally sell a firearm. I will definitely use them again!

I looked at a couple of different places for offers on my 12 ga. shotgun and CMG was the most responsive, fair and prompt. The process was first class and the communication superb. Great experience. I wasn't sure about selling my guns online but after the first exchange of email I was fine.
