Where is The Walking Dead convention?

Mark your calendars and get ready for three days of exclusive experiences with fan-favorite celebrities, producers, cosplayers and artists as the Fandemic Dead Tour comes to Atlanta. The comic-con will bring the hit series "The Walking Dead" to life in the city where it all began.

Grab your tickets while you can and get ready to get up close and personal with over 20 notable celebrity guests. Fandemic Dead will bring current and former TWD cast members together for Q&A sessions, discussion panels, autographs, photo ops and more to give fans an all-access insight into "The Walking Dead" universe.

After more than 30 showings across the US and two sold-out London events, Walker Stalker Con is finally coming to Australia in 2018 and will be headed up by the cast of the popular TV series, The Walking Dead.

Known as the largest zombie, horror and sci-fi convention in the world, Walker Stalker Con attracts more than 250,000 globally and it will be hosting events at Sydney Showgrounds and Melbourne’s The Pavilion next February.

The Walking Dead stars confirmed to be appearing at the convention include Norman Reedus, Michael Cudlitz, Alanna Masterson, Ross Marquand and Katelyn Nacon.

Aussie fans heading to Walker Stalker Con will have access to free celebrity Q&A panels with the cast, a heavily-themed compound filled with activations and some fun (or not-so-fun) face time with zombies roaming the convention and a team of tattoo and graphic artists, led by Chris 51 (Epic Ink, GeeksterInk Legends).

More celebrities and personalities will be announced in the coming months.

For those keen to secure a ticket, Frontier Members pre-sale kicks off next Monday (August 7) at 2pm. General public tickets for both the Sydney and Melbourne events go on sale from 2pm on August 10; click here for more details.

Making its debut this September, the Fandemic Dead tour is bringing “The Walking Dead” to life where it all began in downtown Atlanta. Produced by former CEO of Wizard World, John Macaluso, Fandemic Dead is a three-day event where fans will have the opportunity to meet their favorite celebrity cast members, producers, cosplayers, and artists, as well as learn more about pop culture as a whole. With more than 20 notable names and faces already announced on the weekend roster, Fandemic Dead is a fan dream for more reasons than just the lineup.

“Atlanta is the birthplace of ‘The Walking Dead’ series, so it only feels right to experience this here. I can’t wait to gather all of the cast members, creators and fans together in such a meaningful place,” said Macaluso, Fandemic Tour CEO. “Following Dragon Con, we’re excited to be one of the first, larger, in-person events back on the books for Atlanta. We can already feel the support especially from diehard fans who have already helped spread the word about our convention.”

After 11 seasons, four spinoff series and the announcement of a spin-off film, Fandemic Dead will bring current and former cast members of “The Walking Dead” back together for Q&A sessions, photo ops, autographs, and discussion panels to give fans an exclusive insight into “The Walking Dead” Universe.
