The Four Belfries is a unique point of interest with three Waygates that teleport you to different locations in the Lands Between. You'll need one Imbued Stonesword Key to unlock each Waygate. Starting from the top, we'll break down where these Waygates will take you.

The first Belfry at the very top does not have a Waygate, but it has a chest containing one Imbued Stonesword Key. There is also a Site of Grace right next to it for easy access when and if you have multiple keys.
The second Belfry transports you to the Chapel of Anticipation, the exact location where you started the game. Defeating this boss will reward you with the Ornamental Straight Sword and Golden Beast Crest Shield.
The third Belfry transports you to Nokron, Eternal City in the Siofra River. Though it is part of Nokron, this small section where you are transported only contains the Mottled Necklace +1 on a nearby corpse and a Lesser Crucible Knight at the opposite end of the broken aqueduct.
The fourth Belfry transports you to a smaller, floating portion of the Crumbling Farum Azula Legacy Dungeon. Keep dropping down the floating stone platforms until you see a couple of Gnolls standing by, ready to attack you. Drop down once more and grab the Pearldrake Talisman from the corpse sitting by the ledge. You'll need to teleport to your choice of Site of Grace to get out of here.

The Four Belfries is a landmark in Elden Ring that contains three unique Waygates which can only be activated using Imbued Sword Key. These keys function similarly to the Stonesword Keys used to dispel the barriers from Imp Statue Seals. However, there are only three existing Imbued Sword Keys to pair with the three portals of the Four Belfries. To reach the Four Belfries in Elden Ring, Tarnished adventurers must make their way to the western shores of Liurnia of the Lakes. However, they should approach cautiously, as an elite Troll Spirit Knight guards the steeples’ vicinity.

How To Complete The Four Belfries In Elden Ring

Once Tarnished pilgrims collect all three Imbued Sword Keys in Elden Ring, they can use the Four Belfries’ three Waygates to travel to unique locations otherwise inaccessible via the open world. One portal leads to Crumbling Farum Azula, the second goes back to the Chapel of Anticipation, and the third will send players to Nokron, Eternal City.

The first Belfry at the foot of the hill will transport Tarnished adventurers to a remote island floating west of Crumbling Farum Azula. Here, players can find several Azula Beastmen and the base variant of the Pearldrake Talisman.

The second Belfry on the upper east side of the hill will teleport Elden Ring fans to the Chapel of Anticipation, the game’s starting area. If the Grafted Scion wasn’t slain previously, it will appear again, and Tarnished must battle it to acquire the Golden Beast Crest Shield and Ornamental Straight Sword. This area also has the unique Spirit Ashes: Stormhawk King and Stormhawk Deenh.

The third Waygate of the Four Belfries in Elden Ring will send adventurers to Nokron, Eternal City. This area is guarded by a Lesser Crucible Knight and also contains the Mottled Necklace Talisman. The fourth Belfry does not have a portal but instead has a chest with an Elden Ring Imbued Sword Key.
