Did you play Sands of Time? Did you absolutely love it? If so, you probably won't like Warrior Within. It was a lot darker for the sake of being "gritty, edgy, and cool." Heavy metal music, etc. I found the game pretty buggy compared to the clean, polished feel of SoT. I also found it pretty repetitive though my memory is hazy on that. Show If you thought SoT was too fairy tale-ish, then WW. That being said, I found The Two Thrones (TTT) to be pretty good. Not great, but enjoyable. More of the light banter and beautiful environments you saw in SoT, less buggy, etc.

prince of persia games really dont hold your hand except prince of persia 2008...or pop 4...cause you cant die...lol...cool game though I'm not really bothered about difficulty since I'm half way through Dark Souls.

Personally this is my favourite PoP game. Combat took a massive step forward from sands of time. Its darker which is good and bad. the chariot races in Thrones really put me off. All the games are good though.
Rtoo Might as well add my two cents. Warrior Within has the deepest combat (as in largest moveset) of all 3. Some of the moves (grabs and strangles) were removed in Two Thrones due to ligher tone of the game. It is also larger, longer and less linear than the other two which may cause some confision from time to time but not that much. Additionaly Warrior Within is the most difficult of them all thanks to some hellishly designed platforming sections. It does however lack the charm of Sands of Time or the boss fights of Two Thrones. To be honest you can kind of skip Warrior Within storywise since it doesn't really effect anything in Two Thrones.
Two thrones has better graphics imo. But its much easier. WW is my fav pc game after commandos 2

FOXY Buy Warrior Within. It has best combat of all PoP games, nice dark tone and it's longer than SoT or Two Thrones.
