just out of curiosity. Can you guys think of any character / team build except Yoimiya, where the 4-piece of Shimenawa's Reminiscence would actually be a viable option?

The effect doesn't sound that bad, but it doesn't seem like anyone actually uses the 4-piece effect.

• ATK +18%.
• When casting an Elemental Skill, if the character has 15 or more Energy, they lose 15 Energy and Normal/Charge/Plunging Attack DMG is increased by 50% for 10s. This effect will not trigger again during that duration.

So most of us have probably sunk our teeth a bit on the Emblem domain and with that the surplus of a half decent full Shimenawa set is probably in our stash. Who are you running it on if any?

For now I'm trying it out on Childe/Klee since they rarely have energy issues and it's alright I guess. I don't have 4pc HoD so it might be quite copium but Childe's range burst works perfectly with it. I have 4pc CW on my Klee but having the attack boost is pretty nice and you regen energy back easily with her.

It's kinda sad though that the downside is the 2pc effect is underwhelming compared to dedicated elemental 2pc.

No one. It's just a farmable Gladiator set.

The energy loss is never worth it, especially with its low-ish uptime of 10s. The only character that maybe benefits from it is Yoimiya (but her Burst isn't THAT useless), Melt Ganyu (the most optimal one) and Xiao (if you can funnel energy properly).

I use it alternately on either Hu Tao or Yoimiya for the 4-pcs set, since they benefits the +50% normal/charged attack damage, and they also doesn't have any kind of problem with the -15 energy penalty.

Also, the 2-pcs set is really great for characters like Jean, Qiqi, or non-EM build Sayu, where all of them can use the 2-pcs of Gladiator & SR combo for +36% ATK stat to improve their damage and healing output.

I use it on Klee since her burst is kinda s***ty for its cast time. Synergizes well with her R5 Widsith, swap her in and use her elemental skill and spam charge attacks while both buffs are active.

Are we the baddies?

I just use it for the 2-set on a few characters. Some of my pieces are really good.

I just 2 pc it most of the time.

I -wanted- to use 4 pc for Keqing (I don't farm Thunder-stuff) or Zhongli (I have little BS/PF stuff) since I rarely cast their burst (Keqing casts more than not), but still not sure.

Agree with the Rust Yoimiya sentiments. The set I got for her just happened to be fantastic so that helps. I've thrown around the idea of using it on a Sacrifical Bow Aloy.

Doesn't it also work with TP Yoimiya? Iirc one of the TP passive requriements is to not be at 100 percent energy so the rotation is pretty much use her skill, and ur burst should refill at the end, so you burst and swap to supports
