Who is soothsayer in Kung Fu Panda?

So, I was watching Kung Fu Panda 2 again and was then looking up some trivia on the KFP wiki and other sites and came across something I hadn’t heard before:

On the IMDb page of KFP2 it not only says that the soothsayer was Shen’s nanny (which most people know by now I think) but also that her real name is Ah Mah?

The trivia says that it’s mentioned in a behind-the-scenes artwork but I can’t find any confirmation on any other website that she actually has another title other than ‘soothsayer’ (at least officially)?

Please fellow KFP fans, can you help me out with this?
