I really enjoyed this shower head but I’ve had it less than 5 months and the backing exploded off and almost hit me in the face! It was quite terrifying and now sure how it happened.

Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 7, 2022

I thought the item worked well the first couple of times I ran the water to see how well it flowed but did not use it for a couple of weeks I came back and showered and water was coming out of 1/4 of the tiny holes in the showerhead so I removed the showerhead and blew CO2 through it it did not help at all I plugged it back in and showered again and it did not work very well whatsoever Buy another showerhead you don’t need the grief

I like the pressure it has but it leaks from every opening

This thing works great, box came beaten up but everything inside was in good shape. Supposed to come with two extra filters, but mine came with 5 filters. So for me it was a great buy.

Adds water pressure and has great coverage.

Changed filter already twice in a month. The filter is not what I thought it would be or do. The pressure on regular is way too hard and I don't feel my water is clean. It might work for others but definitely not for me. But it was easy to put together and came on time. Just not the shower for me and mine.

Idea is good. Went through 2 filters. Like that I have the capability to see when filter needs to be changed. However, the product is cheaply made and shower head broke.

Wife and I loved it as a ceiling mount [thus weight not a problem]
However after 4 years the volume went almost to zero flow.
So I removed and soaked in vinegar overnight to dissolve the white lime-scale.
No help - still flow is too low.
Can't find my purchase information - think it was Bed-Bath-and Beyond.
May try to call Oxygenics but from other's comments I don't expect much.

After a couple of years the head was so clogged that I wondered if our water pressure had dropped. Replacing it provided the answer. Sadly, there was no obvious way to open the head to clean it, nor instructions on the Oxygenics website to do so. The piping mechanism to extend the shower head out from the wall, one of its selling points, was so complex and full of rubber gaskets that slowly over time it became almost impossible to position. I'd stay away from this shower head and be cautious of other Oxygenics products.

it has a good rain and i like the 8 modes.. but the shwoer arm is too weak to support the weight of the showerhead and it is always slumping down and has to be re-adjusted back into position.. I will have to buy another type of extention arm that has teeth to prevent the sagging down that the one supplied always does.

Reviewed in the United States on November 19, 2015

works great that is until you decide to adjust the height of arm, the showerhead didn't work well after that losing 60% of water pressure ...I tighten the screw all the way and I got loss pressure down to 30%, I had 1 good year with it, now replacing with another brand! not worth the price paid for 1 year of usage

After 1 year, I have almost not water coming out. THe unit cannot be taken apart to clean out. The rod that is used to hold this up has 2 wing nuts, one at the head and one at the opposing end. After about the year the teeth inside were completely gone and the shower head wouldn't stay up. It sag so low you can't stand under it. I tried calling customer service for their lifetime warranty. WHAT A JOKE! I can hear someone pick up and then transfer me to voicemail. There are so many complaints on this thing that they don't want to answer there phones. I sent an email and left a voicemail. Haven't heard a peep out of them. I guess when I do a charge back through my credit card they might call.

We have good pressure, but this head delivers low water volume. There is no water restrictor plug to remove. I'm sure it's water efficient, but I don't like the shower it provides. Guess I'll be looking for another rain shower head.

I don't really know how I missed these review before I purchased this shower head. But I will just echo what all the others have said, the showerhead itself is too heavy for the arm to support it. I've had it for only about 3 months, and, my wall now gets more shower than I ever do. Based on the reports on customer service, and the overall bad quality of the product, I'm not going to waste time contacting customer service, and will look for a completely different once. $65 flushed down the toilet.

Not enough flow and after eight months of usage that flow got down to a trickle which hardly gets one wet . The head is way to heavy for the supporting arm . Nice idea but very poor design . Usually I try to fix things, but this one goes right in trash .
