Why cant I close a Trello board?

Q: Why cant I close a Trello board?

You cant delete Trello boards if youre a guest in a workspace or a board member without admin privileges. Youll have to either request admin access or ask someone else to delete the board.

However, I don't have this option to close the board. I'd include a screenshot, but can't figure out how to copy it in here without saving and uploading :(

Please believe me, there's no link to close the board, instead, there a link for public viewing.

I'm new to Trello, just trying to see whether that will help with my Alzheimers, but maybe I'm too far gone.

How do I close Trello?

Open the board you would like to archive. Tap the three dots at the top right of the screen. Select "Board settings." Select "Close board."

How do you delete a board?

Click on the grey coloured pencil icon on your selected board. This option is at the bottom of the board's icon. Click Delete. It's in the bottom left corner of the board's Edit window.
