The most loved light novel series death march is set to make a comeback with season 2. The series, also known as death march to the parallel world rhapsody, is a new generation anime series. Death March Season 2: Release Date

The anime Silver Link and Connect’s animation studios revealed that they have a busy schedule for 2020, 2021, and ahead. Season 2 of the series was likely to be released in 2020 but was postponed due to the global pandemic situation. Expectations are that the series would now premiere by the end of 2022 or early 2023 at the earliest. However, no official information has been given regarding the release of season 2.

The Plot

Later on, it was republished as a light novel. Fujimi Shobo released the first volume of the novel in 2014 and a manga adaptation. To date, several volumes of the manga have been released. Yen Press has licensed the novels and manga adaptations. The series covers the story of light novels.

The show offers a fantasy harem, action, and thrill. The name saw the adaptation of three volumes out of the twenty, This leaves much scope for the release of two more seasons. Season 2 of the manga is likely to cover three more volumes of the web novel. Season 1 ended with an incomplete ending, a major cliffhanger. Season 2 is expected to be a continuation of season 1. Last year the 20th volume of the death march light novel series was released in July. The ongoing print novels of death march are expected to have a different ending than the online web novel series.  Season 2 would have Satou enjoying a leisurely vacation in the real world. This time his travels lead his part to the famous and dangerous gangster Muno Barony. He would be seen taking on giants, four-headed monsters, and haunted fortresses. During his adventures, he would help out locals and help Baron Muno’s beautiful daughter.

Season 1 of a death march to the parallel world rhapsody only adapted the novel’s first three-volume. The next 4 four volumes are expected to release in the sequel. The trailer for the release hasn’t been yet released. However, the new series’s cover features Satou with a new character, Karina, and Lulu, Liza, Pochi, and Tama, respectively.
