A wedding with an unlimited budget is a pie-in-the-sky concept for many brides and grooms, but let's dream for a minute. What kind of New Jersey wedding can you have if money is no obstacle?

We asked venues all over the state for their most lavish offerings. Here are some extravagant amenities and prices for an in-season Saturday night wedding of 100 guests (or whatever minimum is required).

22. The Farmhouse at the Grand Colonial, Hampton

In-season price: $18,000 to $20,000 for 100 people.

Extras and packages: A Cinderella-like pumpkin carriage and trumpeters can be had for a few thousand dollars at this historic Hunterdon County homestead. Tethered hot air balloon rides can be added for $1,700.

"We're on 10-plus acres of flat property with a beautiful ceremony area," says James Gutentag, general manager.

21. Carriage House, Galloway

In-season price: $36,500 for 175 guests, inclusive of bartenders, tax and gratuity.

Extras and packages: Atlantic Shore seafood raw bar $15.95 per person. Sushi station $14.95 per person.

The space, says marketing manager Deena Moran, "resembles a beautiful Southern mansion with a grand double staircase in the foyer."

Molly Pitcher Inn

20. Molly Pitcher Inn, Red Bank

In-season price: $169 to $200 per person, plus tax.

Extras and packages: A caviar bar is $5,000 and an outside tent with a view of the Navesink River is $9,000. It costs $35,000 to rent out the entire hotel (106 rooms). A grand entrance by yacht can cost up to a few thousand dollars.

"All of our banquet rooms all have views of the water," says Kevin Barry, operations manager.

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa

19. Borgata Water Club, Atlantic City

In-season price: $165 to $205 per person, plus a venue fee of $1,500.

Extras and packages: For $4,000, the pool can be topped with a plexiglass cover to make more room for dining and dancing.

The Borgata boasts menus created by "Iron Chef" Geoffrey Zakarian and wedding cakes designed by former White House pastry chef Thaddeus DuBois.

18. Windows on the Water at Frogbridge, Millstone Township

In-season price: $200 per person.

Extras and packages: A seafood plateau (pictured here with a view of the lake) is $16 per person.

"We stand out because we are not the typical ballroom venue," says event planner Michele Chu. "Even our ballroom features windows that look out to our lake and fountain."

The Manor

17. The Manor, West Orange

In-season price: $275 to $300 per person.

Extras and packages: A seafood presentation is $25 per person, illuminated ice sculpture sorbet intermezzo $15 each and fresh mozzarella station (the cheese is made at the table) $10 per person.

Preston Postlethwaite, director of catering, says the formal gardens at this English manor house are made for an outdoor ceremony. "I think it's probably one of the nicest that you’ll see anywhere," he says.

Stockton Seaview Hotel & Golf Club

16. Stockton Seaview Hotel & Golf Club, Galloway

In-season price: $29,800.

Extras and packages: A reception package that includes a rehearsal dinner and wedding breakfast is $32,000.

"You can come here on a Thursday or Friday and not leave until Sunday," says Erin Kenny, catering sales manager. "Your wedding at Seaview isn’t just a day — it is a weekend celebration."

Avenue

15. Avenue, Long Branch

In-season price: The average Avenue wedding is $20,000.

Extras and packages: A Russian osetra caviar station is $5,000 for 100 guests. A vodka station with Stolichnaya Elit vodka is $2,000. Fireworks range from $5,000 to $20,000.

General manager Thierry Carrier says one couple paid $100,000 for a roof deck party of 100 people with Cristal Champagne, caviar, raw bar and a fireworks spectacular.

The W Hoboken

14. The W Hoboken

In-season price: $185 to $205 per person.

Extras and packages: A seafood bar with caviar runs $100 more per person. A stay in the W's "Extreme Wow Suite" ranges between $1,000 and $1,500 per night.

Lora Green, marketing manager, says couples appreciate the clean, modern look of the hotel and the chance to have an after-party in Lulu's, the W's nightclub. "It’s not old snooty luxury," she says.

One Atlantic

13. One Atlantic, Atlantic City

In-season price: $208 per person.

Extras and packages: $14,000 for fireworks, $1,500 for a "walking" dessert table with a server inside it, $950 for cigar rollers, $400 for a Skee-Ball machine.

"What’s awesome about the indoor ceremony area is the length of the aisle," says Elizabeth McGlinn, general manager. "It’s through 22-foot walls of glass. It’s 180 degrees of ocean view, and the beach and the boardwalk."

Icona Resorts

12. Icona Resorts Diamond Beach, Lower Township

In-season price: $33,000 for 150 guests.

Extras and packages: A beach ceremony is $3,500. A three-day fete including ceremony, makeup, overnight accomodations for 75, after-party and brunch is $315,000.

"We own the beach and have gorgeous wedding facilities including The Pavilion (a clear luxury tent) and Lani Rooftop Deck," says Caitlin Kelly, marketing manager.

11. Battello, Jersey City

In-season price: $235 a person.

Extras and packages: Two aerialists can perform at your reception for $5,000. Fireworks displays run from $5,000 to $12,000 and a scotch and cigar bar is $1,500 to $3,000.

"The view here from our main dining room is absolutely spectacular," says Dominique Borzomati, director of events. "I would say it’s one of the best views on this side of the Hudson."

10. Liberty House, Jersey City

In-season price: $250 a person.

Extras and packages: Hot air balloon rides are about $4,000 at this Liberty State Park venue, and fireworks displays are approximately $7,000.

"We can do anything at any price," says Danielle Villa, banquet director. "If a client wanted a 10-hour wedding that ends with a breakfast, we could do it."

Maritime Parc

9. Maritime Parc, Jersey City

In-season price: $27,500 for 100 people.

Extras and packages: A raw bar at this Liberty State Park venue with a view is $25 more per person, a shimp bar $20 and a scotch bar $15.

"Our venue is completely different from your typical wedding venue," says Chris Siversen, chef and owner. "We have no carpet, no marble, no chandeliers, no water fountains. It’s very clean and modern and sleek and tasteful."

8. Venetian Catering and Special Events, Garfield

In-season price: $200 to $280 per person.

Extras and packages: The "Extravagant Viennese Display," a dessert spread with chocolate fountains, gelato, cotton candy and bananas Foster, is $15 to $20 per person.

The decadent grand finale is not limited to the usual pastries, says owner Michael Kourgelis.

"We do desserts that look like cheeseburgers," he says.

Elite Private Yachts

7. Elite Private Yachts' Atlantica, Weehawken

In-season price: $38,871 for 125 guests (the minimum required for the yacht).

Extras and packages: It costs $784 to have the captain officiate a ceremony, $2,352 for one hour of extra cruising time and $1,300 for a ceremony near the Statue of Liberty.

Getting hitched while you float around the Statue of Liberty creates the feeling "that you are experiencing something truly magical," trumpets this charter boat brand.

6. The Palace at Somerset Park, Somerset

In-season price: $35,000 to $40,000 for 140 guests.

Extras and packages: Fireworks displays are $7,000 to $20,000 (for a half-hour show). Aerial bartenders can cost $10,000 to $15,000.

"There is no upper limit as to what you can spend," says Jose Russa, director of catering. "It can really get as extravagant as you want."

5. Ellis Island

In-season price: Not in N.J., but very close and imbued with meaning for many families. $375 per person including ferry and venue fee.

Extras and packages: Edible liquid nitrogen ice cream $17 per person, 18-foot ice carving of Manhattan skyline $15,000.

"I don't think you've got anywhere (else) with that wow factor," says Ben Frungillo, director of events at Frungillo Caterers. "You've got the Statue of Liberty off to the right."

4. Nanina's in the Park, Belleville

In-season price: $385 per person.

Extras and packages: Mozzarella station $15 per person. After-party with a diner or pub theme is $2,500.

"We have been hosting extravagant weddings for over 50 years," says general manager Thomas Casella. "That is the only type of wedding we host."

3. Liberty Science Center, Jersey City

In-season price: $45,000 to $90,000.

Extras and packages: A Tesla lightning show is $1,200, animal presentation is $1,000, smoking and bubbling cocktails are $12 per person, a sushi bar is $30 and a caviar and vodka bar is $50.

"We have some really gorgeous views of lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island," says Laurel Barbot, associate director of special events.

2. Pleasantdale Chateau, West Orange

In-season price: $100,000 for 200 people.

Extras and packages: The wedding weekend is a Friday-Saturday-Sunday affair with overnight accomodations for 75 guests that would start at about $375,000, or $525,000 to $1 million with flowers, photography and entertainment.

"We coordinate everything," says Fred Fogg, director of sales, even helicopter landings — there's a helipad on premises.

In-season price: Average base cost is $50,000.

Extras and packages: High-profile affairs — experiences that include food, entertainment, photography, video and wedding planning — can go as high as $750,000 to $1 million, tax included.

"It's a one-stop shop," says manager Max Janoff, whose family has been in the business for four generations. "Everything but the wedding dress."
