The BAD (top for me at least)

1. Roach problem so make sure you get it treated and then take common sense precautions. I don’t have an issue anymore.

2. Very outdated building/units.

3. Air conditioning sucks. Get a stand alone AC unit for yourself. No window units allowed so it’s gotta be freestanding with a hose for the window.

4. Some of the staff can be assholes.

The GOOD

1. Rent is super cheap.

2. Close to Grove PATH (literally across the street)

3. All utilities included.

4. Rent increases are small (or so I’m told. Been here less than a year)

5. $200 for parking is cheap as well.

It all depends on what you’re willing to put up with. I love it because it’s super cheap and an awesome location. Most of the people that live here are families and older people so it’s usually quiet (no parties and nonsense like that to deal with).

I could easily afford a much better apartment but I’m cheap and like the area.
