Got mine about a month ago. I like that I can separate foods better with the separate drawers and things don't get buried. Plus the drawers come out easily if I need to clean up a mess.

The door is hard to open. Like the entire freezer moves if I don't have my other hand on the side holding it in place. I guess that means the seal is good?? It's just annoying. Also, the outsides get really hot. I thought at first it was overheating, but the instructions say this is normal.
