Let's say I wanna have both male and female characters that I want to switch from time to time, is it possible? or are you stuck with only 1 and if you want another one you have to delete this one first? Posted November 14, 2019 Yeah, even though they added the change appearance feature, it doesn't allow you to change gender. You're stuck with what you choose.

They probably just didn't want to deal with the hassle of people requesting refunds for clothing they bought, exchanges for ladies / mens clothes, etc. In Red Dead Online, making mistakes during character creation can be annoying, especially if you choose the wrong gender when creating your character.
