I opened up an account as soon as I graduated from college. I did so as a means of establishing credit. At the time that I opened my account, I was really young and did not understand much about banking and savings and credit. The agents took time to explain everything and made sure that I had a pretty good understanding about what was going on. The customer service has been so good, I have decided to stay there throughout the years and not leave. I have always been treated fairly and like a valued customer. I had a horrible incident where funds were withdrawn from my account and out my account completely negative. Although the credit union wasn't liable or responsible they were gracious enough to return half of the amount that had been removed from my account due to overdraw fees. I am comfortable in a banking environment where the employees care about customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. I would recommend this credit union to anyone.
