Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

Just tell me what time to be at the gate so I can stand around after an international flight. Cons: "For the original flight 704 on 6/10/16 We arrived at the airport at 9:30 am for our 11:50 flight, we were ready for boarding at 11:10 but no boarding. They finally announced the flight would be delayed until 1330 then we saw the plane with fire engines on the ground. They then said flight delayed until 1500. The problem was there was no communication from them and lots of people in line to talk with them. Infact communication was seriously lacking and needs a lot of improvement. They finally announced that the flight was delayed until 2200. I finally stood in line to confirm that they had made other flight arrangements for us to get to SF, again they didn't communicate. We couldn't get another flight until 6/11/16 @ 1845 but they did provide lodging and 3 meals. We didn't mind the delay but they need serious on improving their communication with their passengers"

I was informed from Tripit that the flight was delayed, not by Delta. Reservation personnel took logical course of action to find new flight for connection that we could make because of delayed initial flight. I would recommend that they first see if there is an earlier initial flight that the customer could make, then look at finding later connecting flights. We found out about delay 8 hours prior, so we had plenty of time to get to the airport earlier. Total delay required me to take additional day off of work."

When my 1st flight was delayed I asked to be rebooked then and the delta employee insisted that I would make my connection. I didn't make it. This is not all. I could have gotten to a near city several hours after but on the same day, but the mediocrecy of this employes did not allow me to get there until the next day at 7 am. Happy new year to me. This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."

We had to stay in an expensive hotel for three days in Panama City, which we didn't plan to stay in the city at all."

Cons: "Despite arriving at the airport in Panama 3 hours before our flight we were given no seats, and told it was likely we would be flying at 6 pm instead of 9 am (our flight to SFO). Eventually we got the seats at the gate without a word of explanation. And my husband and I were given separate seats. He got an exit row seat, though, with no other passengers seating next to him."

Then the cabin crew is of NO help when it come to assisting in stowing your belongings, not even out of courtesy, although it's their duty. I kindly asked for a can of Sprite when they were distributing the beverages and the flight attendant snapped back while showing me an empty can, but, karma kicked in and she spilled half of my flat Sprite on the carpet; luckily, it didn't spill on me. She could have avoided the mess, embarrassment (both for her and the airline, as she demonstrated incompetency; after all, she represents the airline), and this bad review, if she had kindly complied with my request. There's more, but, I don't want this to be another chapter of 'War and Peace'."

Pros: "it was nice to actually get a meal. that doesnt happen in the us anymore. i was able to check a bag without a ridiculous $50 charge. the first time i had checked in years and it was very convenient. reminded me of how flying used to be before they all became buses in the sky, and for a very reasonable price. the staff were all very friendly from the gate agent to the flight attendants. also, a free drink is a lovely touch. would definitely fly this airline again."

Cons: "On my return flight home, they wouldn't accommodate adjusting my itinerary because I wasn't feeling well. I was willing to pay change fee for 1 layover instead of the 2 layovers on my original itinerary. They wanted to charge me $700 which was greater than my original ticket. So I flew on the original itinerary at started my travels @ 7am on Monday. Flight from Bogotá to Barranquilla w/Avianca airlines was great. In Barranquilla I had a 4 hr layover, checked in w/Copa agent and he said my bag was on plane. In Panama, there was a 1.5 hr layover so I assumed no issues getting my luggage to the correct connection. The flight from Panama was delayed by 40 mins w/no explanation. We just sat on plane. They only played one older movie, plane was old and they did 1 beverage service w/meal for a 5.5 hour flight. I finally arrived back to ORD @ 12:15 am Tuesday. I waited for my luggage in baggage claim for 35 mins. It doesn't arrive and I ask attendant, who brushes me off and says this is the claim for Copa. She disappears for 30-40 mins. I finally see her walking back into international baggage claim (over an hour has passed that I've been in baggage claim) and tell her my luggage did not arrive. She asks me for my claim ticket then proceeds to say "oh yes, I was informed your bag did not make it." I'm upset because it's 1:40am and she could have saved me an hour if she would have helped me when I first asked. I also am curious how an airline loses my bag twice."

Then I went back and the next guy said I couldn't have my seat even though it was 2minutes later and gave me a new seat but a better seat. Then the first guy comes over to give me a boarding pass for my second flight and again he changed my seat to an awful seat. And I wanted to sit next to a friend from Mexico City to Lima so that seat change was really mean. Once one the plane the man in my original seat got an upgrade so I got to sit next to my friend about half way through the flight when she came to tell me about the empty seat when she came to the back of the plane to use the bathroom."

Then I was sent from one place to another before finally finding someone who knew what to do. And course no apologies at any moment"

Cons: "The long line/wait to check in my bags and the erroneous information about the weight of the luggage I was allowed which ended up in me paying excess weight . But since my ticket was very inexpensive; it compensated for that. Otherwise, I will be a bit upset. Please check on more non-stop flight from Bay Area California to MX City."

Cons: "Flight was scheduled to leave at 11:00 and was delayed an hour and a half. Changed the departure time 3 times within 1 hour."

Pros: "The gate agents got me extra legroom in emergency row because i am very tall, at no extra charge. Airplanes were newer, very nice crew, on time."

Cons: "The Mexico City transfer was weird, and inconvenient. You have to retrieve your luggage, go through Mexican immigration, recheck your bags, go through security again, and the layover was over 4 hours. You pay less, but it winds up being a very long, exhausting trip. I will take a US carrier from Quito to San Francisco, Reno or Vegas next time fir this reason alone."

Here in Mexico City was a total mess, nobody knew anything and I run everywhere trying to get my flight but I got wrong info and i missed my flight! Had to wait 5 note hours in mex city and willl arrive midnight!"

Will never ever flight with aeromexico again. The poor attitude of the employees! Sad"

They said I should have my luggage by tomorrow, but I don't believe it as this isn't the first time with me flying with them and they loose my luggage (it's take them 3 days to return my luggage and there was never reimbursement for the receipts of clothes and items I had to purchase because they were in my bag they lost!). Your mediocracy isn't going to make you a legacy airline AEROMEXICO, this is an AVgeek who has work for the industry!"

Cons: "The flight was over 2 hours late. I was traveling with a baby and they never ask if anyone was traveling with infants to board first. The flight attendant came through only once and never bothered to check if anyone needed anything else. The seats were so old that mine reclined with out having to push a button. They need to do a better job with their customers, be more friendly and attentive."

Cons: "Aeromexico lost my bag. They refused to talk to me on the phone about it. They forced me to send an email and never responded after the immediate auto-response. I spent my entire trip worrying about my bag, without my cloths and gifts."

Pros: "I was rushing because I was close to late, I got pulled out of line and asked if I'd be willing to take a direct flight to Mexico City instead of layover, they said I might get stuck in Guadalajara because of short time. They really made my day and took great care of me! Thank you"

Cons: "It was a terrible flight. Flight delayed about 2 hrs due to crew being late, "stock in customs". When they arrived the gate, they were all with their bags of food, etc. Obviously they were stock in food pick-up line! Plane very old, dirty, no entertainment!"
