Show In our region, 33% of the population live in the most deprived 20% of neighbourhoods in England; according to the GP patient survey for England, across Cheshire and Merseyside 4% of patients state their sexual orientation as being either Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual or Other and 4.5% of the population are from black and minority ethnic (BME) groups.
