February of 2020 OOBE launched their most recent catalog for CFA, showing their collection titled “The Mill.” OOBE designers spent the year forming this corporate collection, that is sold exclusively to employees at Chick-Fil-A headquarters. This issue was put together by the OOBE creative department. Styling and planning were done by Kaya Birch, layout and design by Shaina Nesemeier and Matt New, and photography done by yours truly. It was a privilege to work alongside these wonderful people to create the catalog that would be my first ever in print.

Our label OOBE BRAND, draws on our deep South Carolina heritage and style to reinterpret traditional menswear. While our goods and services have evolved over the years, our purpose statement has remained clear. We strive to “love and serve people with our time, talent, and resources.” In response to the global pandemic of COVID-19, OOBE has been working to honor that purpose by leveraging our resources to produce much-needed safety supplies. As a result, we launched OOBE HEALTH as a way to provide affordable, disposable masks for medical professionals, businesses, organizations, and individuals.

OUR STORY

Founded in Easley, SC, in 1994 by Tom Merritt and Mike Pereyo, OOBE began as an outdoor lifestyle apparel brand and was soon carried by outfitter stores in all 50 states. In the early 2000’s, we further utilized our apparel design expertise by fulfilling design-build contracts for other clothing labels. This expansion opened the door for us to begin creating strategic branded apparel programs to outfit the employees of other companies, beginning with the Chick-fil-A TeamStyle program in 2004. Alongside these programs, we also carry a classic American menswear label, OOBE BRAND, and in response to the challenges of COVID-19, we launched OOBE HEALTH to better serve our clients and our community.
