We have changed how customers can pay their bills online. We want to ensure that all payments made with Telstra are safe and secure. Privacy and safety is an important priority for us and we want to do everything we can to protect our customers. Show
By signing in, your payments are made in a more secure way and your account is protected. Use your Telstra ID to sign in. If you don't have one you can register for one. For Telstra Upfront Mobile or Data Plans - AutoPay is the only way you can pay. With AutoPay, you set up automatic upfront monthly payments using your nominated credit card, debit card or bank account when you sign up. We don’t charge any payment processing fees or late payment fees when you pay by AutoPay. If you cancel your AutoPay it means your service will also be cancelled. What happens if my AutoPay failed? If you've received a notification that your AutoPay payment has failed, we won’t make any further attempts to take the payment. You'll need to make a manual one-off payment and can only use a debit or credit card to make this manual one-off payment, not a bank account. You’ll get another reminder five days later if you still haven’t made the payment. We don't charge late payment fees on Upfront plans. Learn more about managing AutoPay and failed payments here. Pay now or pay laterJust as this option suggests, you can pay now for your phone or device. That means the full amount, outright - in one payment. Or, you can pay later by spreading repayments over 12 or 24 months, when you add them to a mobile or data plan. You can even add selected accessories to your bill and pay them off as you go. Trade-in for creditGot an old phone or device kicking around? Check out our trade-in program. We assess your old phone/device and if it's approved, we'll credit your Telstra bill which you can then put towards something newer. If you're a Telstra personal or small business customer aged 18+, and have a post-paid service with us (other than a Telstra Upfront Mobile Plan), you're eligible. Devices on Telstra Mobile Lease Plans are ineligible for trade-in. What's my old phone worth?
