LockIt offers four convenient types of card control:All Transactions
In-store Purchases Online Purchases ATM Transactions View the LockIt Card Controls Chart (pdf) LockIt controls will not block all transactions on your card.
Monitoring Blocked TransactionsAccess the Blocked Transactions tab within LockIt on your mobile app or in Regions Online Banking to review the history of transactions that were declined due to a control you have locked on your card. LockIt AlertsIf you’ll be using Regions LockIt on your mobile app, make sure to set up LockIt Alerts through the Manage Alerts tab. You can also manage and view these notifications from the Settings menu in the Notification Center. Choose the contact method you prefer, such as push, text, or email to get notifications about declined transactions delivered right to your mobile device. We may send you an email each time we block a transaction. There is no set up necessary. Regardless of the method you use to lock or unlock a control – from your Regions Mobile App or through Online Banking – it's effective immediately and your settings will be reflected in both the mobile app and in Online Banking. With access to Regions LockIt controls at your fingertips, you’ll save time and enjoy increased peace of mind and convenience.

How do I unlock my account Regions?If you know your Online ID and password, you can enter additional information to unlock your security questions. You will be prompted to enter your Social Security number, ATM card/check card number and PIN immediately after you enter your valid Online ID and password.
Why is my Regions card restricted?It means that Regions Bank has decided to restrict your account by limiting you from withdrawing funds. Please make sure your account is not overdrawn, which is the most common reason for a bank to restrict access to an account. Can I still use my card if my account is locked?Which transactions are locked? When you lock a card, new charges and cash advances will be denied. However, recurring autopayments, such as subscriptions and monthly bills charged to the card, will continue to go through. Typically, so will bank fees, returns, credits, interest and rewards.
Why is my debit card declined when I have money Regions?Your card may be declined for a number of reasons: the card has expired; you are over your credit limit; the card issuer sees suspicious activity that could be a sign of fraud; or a hotel, rental car company,or other business placed a block (or hold) on your card for the estimated total of your bill.
