How to get super saiyan blue evolution in xenoverse 2

Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Evolved), or Super Saiyan Blue (Evolved) is an Awoken Skill exclusive to Saiyan CaCs. Although, Vegeta also uses this form, only his playable pre-transformed version is available, and thus he does not reap the benefits of the transformation.

In Game Data

• Description: Surpass your limits to protect those close to you! You will become more powerful than SSGSS, but will also use much more Ki!
• Ki used: 500
• Obtained from: Given by mentor Whis to a Level 95 and above character who has maxed friendship with Vegeta after having already acquired Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan. Whis will give this skill to any character of any race despite it being usable only by Saiyans.

Properties

This transformation requires 500 Ki to use and has only one stage. It changes the user's hair into a richer blue color than SSGSS and their eyes gain visible pupil and turn a dark blue. The aura is darker than SSGSS, has more sparkles, and the user is surrounded in a glowing blue outline effect. It add the same properties to any charged attack as any other Saiyan transformation, yet greatly reduces Ki gain from attacking or receiving damage. Like with SSGSS, the user's Ki is gradually drained, but at a much faster rate of one bar every 4 seconds. The transformation grants a 35% increase to all damage as well as a 10% decrease in damage received.

Usage Tips

For those seeking a substantial boost even higher than SSGSS, then this skill will be perfect for them. However, the increased speed in which Ki drains will make this harder to maintain for more than a few seconds. Refrain from using it until you are in a position to deal tons of damage.

The same methods of mitigating the Ki drainage from SSGSS can be applied, but at best they will only marginally slow it down.

Super Souls like "All right... Let's begin the experiment!" or "Time for a little nap!" in conjunction to Meditation can potentially stop the Ki drainage completely for as long as the buff lasts. However, in the former's case, it is only possible if at 75% or higher health. In the latter's case, it will leave you open for an opposing player to attack or use a stamina break against you.

Trivia

• Much like SSGSS, obtaining this form is possible without having a Saiyan CaC and completing the Capsule Corp rift missions, allowing it to possible be the second Super Saiyan form for player to unlock, before any actual Super Saiyan forms. Despite having access to canonically such a powerful form, following Saiyan CaC is still required to complete the rift missions and obtain regular Super Saiyan to finish the main story.

How do I get Super Saiyan Blue Evolved?

1. I've maxed out my friendship with Vegeta, I'm level 99, I have Super Saiyan Blue, I have the latest update and I have the DLC installed. Do I need Whis' friendship maxed out? Or is this a bug?

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" recently received the DLC 9 free update last July 11. While the Ultra Pack 1 brings the more powerful forms of Vegeta (SSGSS Evolved, Super Saiyan God) and Ribrianne as new DLC characters, the free update comes a new skill, and the Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Evolved that can be unlocked. If you are still having a hard time unlocking the skill, here is the easiest way on how to do it.

How To Unlock New SSGSS Evolved Skill

As earlier promised by Bandai Namco Entertainment, it introduced a new skill on "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" with the DLC 9 free update or the 1.13.0.0 update. If you have updated your game, you will see the message box that states that the Saiyan-exclusive Awoken Skill, which is the Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Evolved is available to any race. It also states that you have to speak with Instructor Whis after reaching level 95 or higher.

You also have to max out your Friendship with Vegeta to be able to acquire the Awoken Skill Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan. To be able to get the Blue form, you should be able to max out your friendship with Vegeta first. To do this, you can make him your instructor, and you will most likely find him in front of the Orange Star High School.

Talk to him and allow him to train you. After that, you have to train and do all the lessons he taught you. If your character is already 100 percent, find Whis at the Bamboo Forest in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" past the little house of Grandpa Gohan, he is most likely standing near the fish. Talk to Whiz until you get the Super Saiyan God and continue with your training.

You can equip your new unlocked skill in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." If you check on your skills, the new Super Saiyan Gog Super Saiyan Evolved replaced the original Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan skill. If you are ready, eat and test your new skill and get into a match.

New Parallel Quests Requirements

There are also new Parallel Quests available in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" thanks to reddit user hskfmn however; you have to meet the hidden requirements first to be able to access them. To access Parallel Quest 133 you need to defeat all enemies, clear in below 7 minutes, and defeat Ribrianne and others. Gain access to Parallel Quest 134 by defeating all the enemies, clear in under 6.5 minutes, and defeat UI Goku and others.

For Parallel Quest 135 of "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2," gain access by defeating all enemies, clear with Ribrianne's HP above 50 percent, and defeat Mira. Parallel Quest 136 can be accessed if you defeat all enemies, clear in below 7 minutes and defeat UI Goku. Finally, Parallel Quest 137 can be accessed by defeating all enemies, clearing in within 8.5 minutes remaining, and defeating Jiren and others.
