Total scammers! It’s not a scam. The regular Ipsy bag is $12.99 and is usually travel size products. This is the Ipsy Plus bag which is $30 plus taxes and is all full size products. Every 3 months the Plus bag turns into the Ipsy glam bag X which is $58 plus tax which has more items. The money comes out at midnight on the last day of the month. You have to keep up with your own subscription to skip, pause, etc.. I’ve had no problems as long as I log in before the last day of the month. I also cancelled my subscription with no problem. Log in to your account and cancel or contact customer service. Nobody here can help you. You have to log into (with your email + password) your ipsy account online to cancel. Cancel my prescription for IPSY ALTOGETHER! Contact Ipsy directly. This forum has nothing to do with Ipsy. And when they offer bright fun colors everyone complains it’s “unwearable”. Companies can’t make everyone happy unfortunately They always do a Halloween bag for October. Just an FYI if you resub again and are wanting that type of bag. There have been many Octobers they did not do Halloween bags. People always complained about the Halloween bags so they stop doing them for awhile. Now they are back to doing them but will not resubscribe, the products are junk now. I have t recieve any of my ipsy since March I know because it comes out of my bank account my new address again MSA has no affiliation with Ipsy customer service. They can’t help you with this. I would also ask MSA to take this comment down so people can’t see your address.
