I have countered this by just using a great smelling conditioner and it's not even an issue. It's a little pricey for me but I wash my hair every other day or every three days so a bottle will last me a while. This shampoo was suggested to me and it totally works. I used it every other day and my hair finally got longer. I just made sure I really got good coverage on my roots and left in my hair for a few minutes and then rinsed. You don’t need the conditioner to make your hair grow, however, I like the conditioner as well.
