Legend of Drizzt board game miniatures list

After a little over a year, the Dungeon and Dragon Legend of Drizzt set is completely painted. I took several long breaks from painting this last year when I got too busy.... playing video games and watching shows. ;) It was really rewarding to finish painting this set because it is the set where my wife and I first learned how to paint. My wife and I still haven't actually played through the game yet, so that is the next step. :) 

Here are some pictures of some of the miniatures together.

This is the Drow Wand Mage / Priest from Dungeons and Dragons Legend of Drizzt. I painted this miniature, and actually struggled quite a bit to determine how I wanted to paint him (hence why he was saved for last). I didn't want him to end up too dark colored, so I decided to paint the cloak a leather color and make the cape a turquoise hunting drake hide. I also painted a glowing stone in the center of the want on both sides of the wand to add some more interest to the miniature.

This is Jarlaxle the Drow Pirate from Dungeons and Dragons Legends of Drizzt. Julie painted him with a slightly flashy outfit with some shinny fabric on the bottom of his cape  since most concept art showed him wearing some flashy clothes. I really like how Julie painted him.

This is Bruenor Battlehammer the Dwarf Fighter from Dungeons and Dragons Legend of Drizzt. I painted his face, and Julie painted the rest. I really like the way he turned out looking like someone from the crusade or a king. 

After I painted the face, I noticed that it looked like Ron Swanson from Parks and Recreation.

This is the Goblin Champion, Irontooth, from Dungeons and Dragons Legend of Drizzt. He was pretty simple to paint with just a couple dry brush coats and some details around the face. I really enjoy doing the small goblin miniatures.

This is Yvonnel Daenre the Drow Priestess or Matron Mother from The Legend of Drizzt Dungeons and Dragons board game. I painted her with heavy highlights to add more interest to the miniature. I also made the spherical object she is holding a glowing blue orb and added some object source lighting (OSL) on the side of her face and hair.

This is the third drow duelist from The Legend of Drizzt Dungeons and Dragons board game. I painted the miniature with blue, chrome and, black metallic armor. Since the miniature is a dark elf / drow, I painted the eyes red.

This is Dinin Do'Urden the drider from The Legend of Drizzt Dungeons and Dragons board game. Julie painted the base coats to the drider spider legs and skin. I finished by painting the sword, armor, and eyes.

These are the three Medium Water Elementals from The Legend of Drizzt Dungeons and Dragon board game. I liked the clear plastic for the water elementals, so I did not prime and paint the miniatures. I did decide to emphasize the eyes and mouth by painting them dark blue.

This is Catti-Brie the Human Female Archer from The Legend of Drizzt Dungeons and Dragons board game. Both Julie and I painted this miniature. I painted the cloak and armor, and Julie painted everything else.
