With hints of coffee and warm chestnut hues, our Light Brown Hair Dye is gorgeous. A classic favorite for darker blondes and lighter brunettes.

Pure henna establishes the warm auburn base. Then we taper it back to a soft brown with some cool-hued indigo. Neem oil and additional herbs blend into the mix enough to hold back the darkest color expression, allowing a light, balanced color that’s equal parts gentle and rich. The perfect transition for a blonde looking to try a new look.

Please Note: Will not lighten hair. Zero harsh bleaching chemicals.

Our Henna-Based Hair Dyes Are Your Best Choice: Award-winning herbs are freshly harvested, milled, & sealed—remain rich & potent. Botanicals nourish longer. Pigments saturate deeper.

Always Cruelty-Free. Never Tested on Animals.

How do you make light brown henna?

Pure henna establishes the warm auburn base. Then we taper it back to a soft brown with some cool-hued indigo. Neem oil and additional herbs blend into the mix enough to hold back the darkest color expression, allowing a light, balanced color that's equal parts gentle and rich.

Does brown henna turn orange?

Henna oxidises over 2 to 7 days, darkening and deepening in colour. What looked like brassy orange immediately after washing out the dye may calm down to auburn or copper after it has oxidised.

How long do you keep brown henna on?

Generally, 5 hours are considered sufficient for maximum absorption of henna. However, herbal hair dyes tend to rehydrate themselves by absorbing moisture from the hair. Thus, if you keep the henna mix on your hair for an unnecessarily long period, it may dry out your scalp and hair, leading to irritation.
