I don't actually mind new girl for this manga. Hear me out... I think this manga's best thing it has going for it is the Artwork is S+++ and Takamine even though she has her "faults" (especially chp 1), shes pretty seductive. Too bad her faults make it impossible for MC to gain real confidence and break the density field which could be solved with some real honesty rather than hiding her feelings (which she does in this chapter) just because he can't remember shes the same person from his past. New girl means variety in artwork and hopefully press Takamine to be more honest. In this 1 on 1 "romance," MC and Takamine aren't dating. Its a master slave relationship, and kinda tired of that. At this point MC not being able to continue going to school with her through college won't make Takamine be honest and change their relationship so hopefully new girl (competition) will.
