One of the strongest social commentary episodes of Family Guy ever made.

This episode was freaking amazing and clever because it represents how over sensitive society has always been over every little detail just to show their pettiness. The social commentary was on point. This is what the show needs to be great again. Social commentary, smart humor, defying the status quo of the show's discontinuity and lack of actual storytelling. Seth needs to hire smarter writers with new ideas and more complex character dynamic changes and try making the characters more down to earth and fix the problem of the show's decline over the years. This season is awesome because it's finally trying something different than the other seasons. We need more high quality episodes like Road to the Multiverse, PTV, and Back to the Pilot. Family Guy needs to go back to its roots and continue to redeem its lost status. Be realistic and four-dimensional.

One of the Best Episodes...Ever

A giant slap at social media and the insanity that surrounds a simple post meant to be a joke (quite often to one's own inner circle). The hysteria by the Political Correct Police and how it potentially ruins lives is brought to the forefront here. Seth MacFarlane is delving deeper into the crazy witch hunt mentality of the world and trying to bring attention to it. I laughed a lot during the 30 minutes, but also wanted to cry at the reality of this episode's plot.

FG has just brilliantly excelled up into a new level!

This episode will definitely remain in the top five of all my favourite episodes! I sincerely hope a future episode continues to run with it.

It's been a few years since some noted comedians have stated that society has lost its sense of humour, and even Jerry Seinfeld said he won't try and entertain at college campuses anymore as they're too politically correct to get the jokes... and it will be those same people that will *hate* this episode.

Brilliant, Seth! Fortunately, the majority of us still "get it"!

Best episode of the season, thus far, and timely...

This episode could not have been more on point.

People are so weird and crazy online in 2017, that every little thing on social media turns into a disaster. People are sharing people's personal info. to destroy their jobs, lives, families, and even trying to have them killed!!! -- simply because they posted something stupid or offensive, or disagreeable to other people?!?!?!?! I have even witnessed this personally, with people threatening you over a comment about someone's TV show, sexuality, guns, politics, crossdressers, and everything under the sun! People are narcissistic idiots today!!

This episode was really great, and the fight scenes with Freebird in the background were hilarious-- some of the best animation I've ever seen on a comedy show.

THis is the comeback kid episode I had been waiting for from Family Guy, and they DELIVERED!!!

Amazing social commentary from a show you don't expect

After a few underwhelming seasons, Family Guy is getting great again. And they're doing it with excellent socio-political commentary. Something that you didn't expect from a series like FG. This episode exposes the extremes, the dangers and hypocrisies of social justice in an smart, funny and merciless way. Another absolutely great episode in what is a fantastic season - probably the best one so far - in the show.

A more emotional episode of family guy...

I felt this episode had a lot of meaning to it and how some people can just take things too seriously instead of focusing on the world problems we face. This is now a favorite episode of mine and I think everyone should see. Delivers an emotion episode while still be hilarious. LOVED IT!

A very interesting turn for Season 16 of Family Guy.

This twitter apartment arc is loads better than the Emmy-Winning episode! I didn't appreciate the social commentary about taking jokes on the internet too seriously that all of you were buzzing about until the 3rd time I watched this episode, but it really is more interesting to watch the 3rd time than it is the 1st and 2nd time because only at that time do you really get it, and it reminds me a lot of the admirable Fillmore episode Test of the Tested. In a time where a lot of Emoji Movie haters blow it out of proportion to make its problems seem like as serious of a real-world issue as Screams of Silence: The Story of Brenda Q. (except for the Nostalgia Critic who's seen worse from Little Nicky), we really needed this episode to tell us why we shouldn't complain about 1 little bad mistake instead of facing other more serious problems in our world.

I'm glad that Family Guy finally found something new and interesting to do with Brian for more media attention that wasn't killing him off and replacing him with a new dog like they did 4 years ago, and they actually did a lot more with this than they did with Vinnie. When you watch the other episodes, this feels more like the Vinnie arc without the Brian killing and Vinnie replacing him. Even though Brian isn't one of my most favorite characters, I still thought he made some really good points like "Aren't there bigger problems in the world than this tweet?" I also liked the other interesting story lines they did with Brian in Apartment 23 in the next 2 episodes when they could have just ignored him. All 3 of these episodes also learned from Brian's a Bad Father's mistakes by having Brian face the consequences of his inappropriate mistake and egotistical behavior alienating others for more than 1 episode and needing him to do more for forgiveness before he can move back. The last 3 minutes of this episode were very meaningful as they show Brian settling in to his new apartment life, and while the episode takes 5 minutes to start and 5 minutes to end the main conflict, the other 11 minutes in between were so riveting that they almost feel like the entire running time when you actually watch it.

Loved the way it started...

But like some episodes of South Park, just what they did with it in the 2nd half was blah. Great set up...with no pay off.

Better than some Family Guy episodes that are just unwatchable. This one was just boring. I guess they needed something to get Brian out of the house for a few episodes etc??

Social media can be a great thing and it can be an absolutely terrible thing. Tonight's episode of Family Guy forgot about its left-wing bias for a second and showed how both sides tend to overreact in times of crisis. They gave a poignant commentary on Twitter mobs and the damage they can cause.

The ending felt odd, but let's see how they follow-up on this. It's been too long since Family Guy had a carryover story so I am interested in how they handle it.

Better than most this season, original and creative, but still a far cry from the glory days of the show.

Good episode but, horrible ending

It feels like it has a big cliff hanger.

Just seeing Brian depressed at the apartment and then the episode just 'shutting off' after him getting cancelled by his tweet feels off.

It made me anticipate more but, it did not come.

Had a tiny bit of hope thinking this may be a part 1 out of 2 episode but, then.. The next episode is completely unrelated though.

A nice reflection on todays society of woke stupidity

Not the best Family Guy episode but it was nice to see the relatable detail on how todays public act through overexaggerated offence and freedom of choice. Even down to the "I identify myself as a basket ball" line was somewhat true. It's stupid, the only thing which is a stretch but i'll give it because why not....is it was right for Brian to apologise for the racial tweet. That's about it.

Apart from the school cafeteria scene not much of the episode was funny, more of a relatable stamp on todays woke.

Hold up, people actually like this episode?

People actually love this episode and it gets a 8.2? I'm sorry, but I despise this episode! It's just very cruel to the Griffin Family all because Brian tweeted something and gets tortured by the whole town! I'm sorry, but I just can't stand this episode, in fact, it's up there near the worst Family Guy episode. Of course it's not the worst because Season 12 had worse episodes obviously.

An idea with nowhere to go

The first half is good (as well as the great idea for the episode) but the second half completely falls on its face, with nothing worth watching. No jokes, no attempts, nothing.
