We all need to start somewhere. Thats just good common sense. However, you can continue to focus on one aspect of your fitness program at a time. This is simply because youll soon start to feel bored when youve worked hard for a while and become bored with doing the same thing over and over.

If you want to build muscle, you can do so by working out daily, but only if youre already in a healthy eating pattern. Otherwise, youll start to feel hungry after a while which can lead to overeating. So, dont feel guilty if you want to skip a workout for a while.
