I don’t really know why hypothetical fights are as interesting as they are, but that’s our playground for this piece. In particular, we’ll dive into some characters that could likely defeat prime Shippuden Naruto. But we’re working on imagination here, so bear with me. Note: this will involve a tremendous amount of head-cannon, so take everything with a grain of salt. With that out of the way, let’s begin! 20. Madara Uchiha Anime: Naruto: Shippuden I’m going to start off with the only other Naruto character from the show, as this matchup is the most straightforward. Even after kicking around the entire Shinobi Alliance, Madara was still able to stand up to Naruto, Sasuke, technically Sakura, Kakashi, and the Kage. So it would be very fair to assume that if Madara fought Naruto 1vs1 while both were at full power, he would come out ahead. We would have had an even more definitive answer here, had Black Zetsu not spoiled the fun. But what can you do. 19. Light YagamiAnime: Death Note This one gets brought up quite frequently, and I do think that it would be an easy victory. God knows that Naruto loves screaming his name all the time. And I sincerely doubt that he could ever figure out the danger of the Death Note before Light could simply add him to the list. Plus, regardless of how tough Naruto is, once his heart gives out, that’s the end of the story. 18. Satoru GojouAnime: Jujutsu Kaisen This one requires a lot of head cannon. In terms of speed, I think they’re both on a pretty similar level, with both of them being faster than light. However, Gojou’s infinity would definitely throw Naruto off quite a bit. Plus, there’s the question of whether Kurama would be counted as a curse. In which case Gojou would definitely have the advantage. The anime hasn’t shown Gojou going full out. But we know that he’s at the very least city level, so I think that he could stand in the ring with dattebayo boy. 17. AkameAnime: Akame ga Kill! Although this fight would need pretty ideal circumstances, Akame could technically get the W. The main factor is whether Naruto misjudges her power, or lets his guard down at any point. We know that one slash from Akame’s blade is a guaranteed GG. However, Naruto is far from a sitting duck, and could absolutely destroy Akame before she even got close. So, the win condition for Akame is for Naruto to be within male range and not fully on guard, since from that point she could blitz him and activate her curse. Likely? No. Possible? Yes. 16. EriAnime: My Hero Academia I’ll admit, this is one of those situations where Naruto could never win strictly because he’s a good guy. I mean, just look at that face! How could you ever lay a finger on her? On the other hand, if Eri’s power ever goes off, she could wipe Naruto’s entire existence. Since she can rewind your clock, Naruto’s shadow clones would probably pop immediately, as their “lifespan” is usually just a few minutes (or seconds). And I doubt that Naruto himself could do enough damage to his own body to keep up with the speed of Eri’s Quirk. 15. Rimuru TempestAnime: That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime There’s a lot of ifs and buts in this matchup too, since we haven’t seen the full scope of Rimuru’s power as a Demon Lord. However, if she scales to Milim, and I think that she does, Rimuru is country level at the very least. Even before she became a Demon Lord, we saw that she could kill over 10,000 people in a few seconds. So shadow clones won’t do much. And her devour ability would definitely be an issue for Naruto. I think Naruto is definitely faster. But with the sheer quantity and power of Rimuru’s kit, I could see the battle going either way. 14. NanikaAnime: Hunter x Hunter This one would require a third party, since Nanika only grants wishes. But I do think if someone wished for it, Nanika could kill Naruto. This is because Nanika’s power is seemingly endless, with her even being able to alter the rules of their world and save Gon after he sacrificed his life force. Plus, Naruto being a protagonist means that his hands would be somewhat tied – since Nanika is in the body of an innocent girl, so he likely can’t just kill her. And even if Nanika couldn’t kill Naruto directly, the high price of each of her wishes would probably prompt Naruto to end his own life if more than one person came to Nanika with that wish. 13. Tetsuo ShimaAnime: Akira As a warrior, Tetsuo is nowhere near Naruto’s level. That much is clear. Naruto is faster, stronger, and has more battle experience. However, Tetsuo holds so much power at his fingertips that all of those points are somewhat irrelevant. Just discharging his powers has the potential to destroy the entire universe – as well as create a different universe. So in a universe where Tetsuo has time to master his powers, he wins by overpowering Naruto. And in a universe where he doesn’t get prep time, he just unleashes his powers and gets a draw. Either way, there’s no way Naruto can straight-up win. 12. Haruhi SuzumiyaAnime: The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Haruhi is just a god, so not much counterplay to be had there. Especially since she falls under the omnipotent type, and not the “oh they’re just really strong and that is why they’re a god” type. So no Kratos shenanigans. If Naruto disturbs Haruhi in any way, which he would, she would just erase his entire existence and move on like nothing had ever happened. As you might have guessed, we’ve entered the “absolutely ridiculous” part of the list. 11. Saiki KusuoAnime: The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. Saiki’s win condition is extremely simple. He can just time travel to when Naruto was a baby, use his clairvoyance to find out where he is, and then simply do something God would not be proud of. That’s it. In actual hand to hand combat, the result is way more vague. Because Saiki doesn’t really use his powers offensively. But considering just how many powers he has in his arsenal, I think he could still get the W in the end. 10. GokuAnime: Dragon Ball Z Even a mid-game Goku could easily clap Naruto any day of the week. I mean, he’s literally one of the strongest characters in all of anime, period. Even with just his first Super Saiyan form, he could blitz Naruto. And at this stage his Spirit Bomb is already country level at the very minimum. Pre-Super Saiyan Goku might have difficulties. But literally everything after that point is a clear victory for our carrot man. 9. SimonAnime: Gurren Lagann This argument only works if we’re talking about “end of the series Simon”, as he simply out-scales Naruto at that point. What I mean by that is the battle scale of fights that Simon is involved with is much grander than anything Naruto could ever dream of. The dude was throwing entire galaxies around as he fought an alien species whose sole purpose was to stop him. You could make the argument that Naruto did the same with the Otsutsuki, but even then the difference in scale is just too big to ignore. 8. Giorno GiovannaAnime: JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind Late game Golden Experience Requiem Giorno is just on a level Naruto cannot touch. The dude shifts entire realities, and can literally “no u” anything that Naruto throws at him. He could make him relive death for all eternity, or just blast him in the face, since his Stand is at the speed of light or beyond. Heck, in the data books, GER doesn’t even have stats because he’s so overpowered that it cannot be measured. And if all else fails, Giorno could beat up Naruto with the powerful slaps of his theme song. 7. Ryou AsukaAnime: Devilman Crybaby You might be thinking “how can this blonde boy ever defeat my foxy blond boy?” Well, the thing is that Ryou is actually Lucifer. And his power simply goes beyond anything we’ve seen Naruto do. In his last battle, Ryou flew over the entire planet in near seconds. And each clash of his fists had such an impact that it would block out a quarter of the entire globe. Plus, he exited that fight virtually unharmed. So unless Naruto gets some backup from the literal Christian God, he’s not coming out of this battle victorious. 6. AltairAnime: Re:Creators Altair whoops Naruto simply because she has the strongest power of all: metagaming. Her power basically means that if someone wrote this exact article in the anime universe, she would automatically get the power needed to actually defeat Naruto. She’s simply a blank slate that draws power from the stories of the universe. She could also literally go inside of the actual Naruto anime and just kick his butt. There is kinda no limit to what she can or can’t do. But even just the feats we’ve seen her do, like erasing someone out of existence or doing an Uno reverse card on any sustained damage, is more than enough to defeat Naruto. 5. TetAnime: No Game No Life This is probably my favorite matchup here, strictly because it’s the stupidest. Like most of the people on this side of the list, Tet is simply a god that outpowers Naruto in every conceivable way. Plus, even if that wasn’t the case, in the universe of No Game No Life you can only defeat someone by beating them in a game. Now listen: I’m a big Naruto fan. But if you think that he’s capable of beating Tet in a chess game or anything of that caliber, you are out of your mind. 4. SaitamaAnime: One Punch Man This is another obvious one, as Saitama’s whole shtick is the fact that he’s beyond overpowered. No matter how much you high-ball Naruto, the air pressure from his punch will never destroy an entire mountain. Nor will Naruto ever have the leg strength to jump from the Moon back to Earth. There’s no comparison to be made. And Saitama would simply live up to his name as the One Punch Man. Ironically, Naruto’s best hope would be his Sexy Jutsu. 3. Wang LingAnime: The Daily Life of the Immortal King Now this dude is just Saiki on steroids. So it stands to reason that Naruto has no chance. Even if we look over the whole time travel baby murder argument, Wang is simply immortal. So he can’t really lose no matter how you look at it. Plus, the dude has over 300 distinct powers – meaning that he can respond to any situation imaginable. And even his base strength is ridiculous, since one of his jumping jacks literally moved the Earth’s crust! No matter how you spin it, he’s god-tier. 2. Anos VoldigoadAnime: The Misfit of Demon King Academy Anos is just stupidly strong. And I put heavy emphasis on the stupid part. Each one of his casual feats goes beyond anything Naruto could ever muster – and we haven’t even seen Anos go full-out. The dude nearly killed someone just by raising the volume of his heartbeat. He deflects incoming spells by just blinking a bit harder. The dude is a scaling nightmare. So it’s safe to say that there’s no universe where Naruto even lays a hand on him. 1. ZenoAnime: Dragon Ball Super Even when compared to a late-game Goku, Zeno is pretty busted. So needless to say, Naruto would have as much presence in this fight as a fly at the edge of the room. And even that’s high-balling him. Zeno can destroy Earth with a thought, as well as the entire universe if he chooses to. Plus, unlike Haruhi, Zeno is very aware of what he can do. And will not hesitate to wipe the ninja world clean if they ever dare to challenge him. Who can defeat Nezuko?The Wind Hashira is one of the strongest Hashiras in the Demon Slayer series. He played a significant role in defeating Kokushibo and was able to inflict damage on Muzan. Sanemi's sheer power and speed will be able to overwhelm Nezuko even in her final form.
Can Naruto defeat Tanjiro?Conclusion. Naruto outperforms Tanjiro in every aspect of fighting. He is faster, and his destructive abilities cannot even be compared to the likes of Tanjiro. While the latter might be a skilled swordsman, he doesn't stand a chance against Naruto, who can use advanced ninjutsu techniques in the blink of an eye.
Who would win Nezuko or Sakura?Another way sakura wins is that she literally beats her up so hard that nezuko begins to flee since demons also have a sense of fear (a lot of demons fear hashira) just because there's no way sakura can kill her doesn't mean there's no way sakura can defeat her.
