Why is my puffco blinking red and white

Funny how everyone praises the guy up there for literally telling them information in the manual. Where this man is actually a hero coming from a totally other angle.

My chamber was dry and I even used my ionizing hair dryer to go over it

How do I use my Puffco Peak Pro?

1: Fully charge the device before first use. The lights will pulse white while charging and turn off automatically when complete.

2: Fill glass with water just above the air-holes. Do not fill glass while attached to base. X - Do not allow water into lower section!

3: Align inlet hole on the front of the glass with chamber. Carefully push the Front of glass into the base, then the back.

4: To lock / unlock the device, hold down the button for 3 seconds. (Preserves battery between uses)

5: Single click to toggle through heat settings. BLUE (Low) - GREEN (Medium) RED (High) - WHITE (Super High)

6: Use loading tool or a Puffco Dual Tool to place contents on the bottom surface of the bowl (not the sides).

7: Place carb cap on top of chamber. Press down until snug.

 8: Double click to initiate heat-up. Press and hold button anytime to exit. Pulsing light indicates heat-up mode is active.

9: Device will vibrate and lights will flash 3 times when ready. Inhaling gently will produce the best results.

10: Use a Dual Tool to clean the chamber after each use. Wipe Gently in a circular motion.

What Heat Setting Is Appropriate For My Usage?

Each setting isn’t better or less than, they are simply different and provide different effects. Experiment to find the perfect setting for you.

BLUE (LOW) - HIGH FLAVOR - The lowest heat setting expresses the nuances of your concentrates with high flavor and low vapor production.

GREEN (MED) – BALANCED - This setting produces both quality flavor and good vapor production, offering the best of both worlds.

RED (HIGH) – STRONG - This setting offers higher vapor production, while maintaining flavor quality.

WHITE (PEAK) – ADVANCED - This setting is intended for the user looking for maximum vapor production and the strongest effects.

How Do I Clean My Peak Pro?

CHAMBER

1. Remove the cap and unscrew the chamber from the base.

2. Light Cleaning: Use a cotton swab to gently remove any residue with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol.

3. Deep Cleaning: Submerge the chamber in 90%+ Iso for 20 minutes. Never use water (iso only).

BASE

Preparation: Remove glass and Chamber.

Gently clean gold threads using cotton swabs soaked in 90%+ iso.

Clean the airpath between the chamber and the glass. Do not let water seep into the gold threads of the base at any time.

GLASS

Preparation: Carefully remove glass from base.

1. Once removed, submerge in 99% iso.

2. After soaking, remove from iso alcohol and rinse clean with water. (iso tastes bad, make sure it’s completely removed), Allow glass to thoroughly dry before re-attaching to base. Do not let water seep into bottom chamber of glass.

1. Cleaning and Maintenance.


Your Puffco Peak Vaporizer needs to be cleaned Daily for best performance:

  1. *Remove the glass bubbler.

  2. *Handle extra care when handling your  bubbler, First clean the carb cap and the glass piece by soaking it onto a solution of 91%isopropyl alcohol.

  3. *Leave it in the solution for 30 min to an hour and rinse it with warm water and soap,Dry with a paper towel and set aside.

  4. *Take the atomizer and soak onto the same solution you used when cleaning the glass bubbler. Drop the fully assembled atomizer into ISO for Overnight.Dry with a paper towel and set aside.

  5. *Make sure that all the components  are completely dry before attaching it to the Puffco Peak body. This can cause liquid to trickle down to the battery and make its way to some of the sensitive internal circuitry which can cause permanent damage. Be sure not to let any liquid make its way to the battery.

WARNING: 
*After cleaning, allow all parts to thoroughly dry before use. (ISO is flammable)
*Do not get the base wet – it’s electric – it will break.
*Do NOT attempt to disassemble the atomizer before submerging fully assembled into ISO.

2. Multi-Colored LED Lights


Puffco Peak is equipped with an LED light system that tells you the actual status of the Puffco Peak. Here’s what you should look out for.

3 Red Flashing Light – Low Battery Level.
5 Flashing Light – Short Circuit.
Solid Red Light – Overheating.
Make sure to be careful looking after the LED lights to tell what’s wrong with the Puffco Peak. Apart from what the Puffco Peak tells you with its LED lights, here are some of a few things you should avoid when using the Puffco Peak.

3.Temperature Settings.


Puffco Peak  4 unique temperature profiles.

The different temperature settings are categorized or named as low, medium, high, and peak. Lower temperature level is at 450 degrees heating up at 20 seconds and works well with small loads of concentrates. The medium heat profile runs at 500 degrees and reaches peak temperature at 20 seconds and works well with medium sized loads of concentrates. The high temperature level is at 550 degrees and reaches vaping temperature at 25 seconds and works best with large loads of wax concentrates. Finally, the aptly named peak temperature setting heats up your concentrates at 600 degrees and has a 25 second heat up time and can vaporize XL loads of concentrates.

To cycle through these temperature levels simply press the power button once.

4. Battery Level.


The Puffco Peak lets you check the battery level so you’d know when it’s time to charge your device. The battery is represented in three levels. High, mostly colored in green means that your battery is around 100 – 60 percent while medium or yellow means that you’re running at 60 – 30 percent of battery while low or red means you’re at 15 – 0 percent of battery power.

Never Do The Following:

Be mindful of the water level of the glass bubbler.

Do not overfill the glass bubbler.

Fill it with water just above the air holes.

Never store the Puffco Peak with water on the bubbler.

Remove and replace the glass bubbler carefully and do not apply too much force.

When connecting threaded components, apply enough force and stop when you feel resistance.

During use, wait for a minute before using again. Allow the unit to cool down.

Avoid heating the atomizer 4 times in a row.

If you encounter a software issue, turn the Puffco Peak off and on.

When in use and you want large cloud production, take several short draws instead of long drags.

Do not overfill the bowl.

When loading avoid wiping off the concentrates on the side of the bowl.

Avoid storing the Puffco Peak on a moist and humid area.

Avoid storing the Puffco Peak in places that are extremely hot or extremely cold.

Why does the Puffco flash red and white?

Multicolored light flash: Indicates poor or no connection between the base and atomizer. 3 red flashes: Indicates low battery. 5 light flashes: Indicates short circuit. Red light holds: Device overheated.

Why is my Puffco blinking multiple colors?

The rainbow light is an indication that there is a connection issue between the base and atomizer & does not necessarily mean that anything is broken or defective. The first tip is to remove the atomizer, clean the connection pins with a cotton swab dipped in iso and reattach the atomizer.
The Light On My Device Sometimes Flashes Red While Charging, What Do I Do? Not to worry, this simply means that the device has overheated. Simply let the Peak cool down for a little while and normal functionality/charging will resume.

Why is my Puffco pro blinking?

The red-blue flashing response from your Peak Pro is a sign of a chamber connection error. Please try first removing and cleaning the chamber from the device. Submerge the chamber in 90%+ Isopropyl Alcohol for 20 minutes.
