Edit: For everyone those who don't know, you can also set up Smart Invert (and other options) to pop up or just simply turn on with three taps of the home button (power button for iPhone X and up) I have "Reduce White Point" as another option in this menu for me and I use it often, it makes a huge difference in battery life, doesn't affect the visual appearance for the most part, and if I ever need the full brightness I can always turn it back off easily. Sometimes I forget it's even on. I love it.
