Just watched a video about this, tests were done and weapon AR shown before consecutive hit buff disappeared. A lot of buffs were applied including blood boil and terra magica. Show
With rotten winged, Millicent's Prosthesis and thorny cracked tear (plus all the other crap) the final AR with the drill attack of Marais Executioner Sword was 2400+. The fact that the buff disappears quickly doesn't matter as Eochaid's Dancing Blade drilling them fully buffs you each time resulting in 10000+ dmg. This has been improved recently as you can now roll before the final swing. I'm not a big fan of stacking tons of buffs, but drinking your flask before a boss is nothing. I think this will still have respectable results with my dual scavenger swords using just the Physick. Poison/bleed swords, Lord of Blood's exultation, kindred of rot exultation, rotten winged sword insignia and Millicent's Prosthesis. These buffs will happen organically throughout the fight and reward aggression, which is more fun (for me). The consecutive tiered buffs: Millicent's - 4, 6, 11% Rotten wing - 6, 8, 13% Thorny tear - 9, 13, 20% The exultations are +20% damage when the status applies, and last 20 seconds. I've been using Raptor of the Mists lately, so usually the drop attack (can hit 4 times) already gets it rolling. So throughout a fight your bonus damage will be between 19% and 84%. Really makes going all in worthwhile (and thrilling). I have also been using bubbletear so I can go all out at the beginning.

I'm not NG+ yet, that's why I asked which to get first? Last edited by iXeN; 21 Mar @ 6:07am
your being in NG+ yet doesnt matter, get one, finish the game, get the other
Considering both are bad for content that matters (bosses), the prostesis gives dex at least. So prostesis.
