Fashion Nova does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Does Fashion Nova refund missing items?

If the item was out of stock, you can expect the full amount of the order to be refunded back to the original form of payment used to place the order within 7-10 business days. If items are missing from your order, please report missing items within 14 days of your package delivery date.

Can I get a refund if my package is lost?

If your USPS lost package was insured, you should be able to get a refund directly from USPS. If your USPS package was stolen, you should be able to go through the seller to receive a replacement or refund.

What to do if you didnt receive package?

Ask neighbors. Submit a search to Missing Mail search request. If mail was not recovered, you may able to file an insurance claim. Wait at least 7 days after the expected delivery date – Start USPS claim here.

How long does a customer have to claim a lost shipment?

Claims have to be filed within 60 days for US shipments and in 21 calendar days for international shipments (with all supporting documentation filed within 9 months of delivery date). The tracking number that was initially allocated to the package is vital to the process and has to be provided.
