Fort Lauderdale

The Riverside Hotel on Las Olas Boulevard plans to host a New Year’s Eve celebration on its Skyline Terrace, which overlooks the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, as well as million-dollar homes and the Atlantic Ocean. The party starts at 8 p.m., and ticket holders will enjoy an open bar and food, DJ entertainment, party favors, and more.

Over at Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, reserve a spot at the champagne-filled soirée featuring hors d’oeuvres, a five-course dinner, live music, child-friendly activities, and a buffet for kids. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., and if you arrive early, you can enjoy a champagne special at the Atlas Bar.

The party of the year - to end the year - returns to W Fort Lauderdale on New Year's Eve with theGLOW UP technicolor celebration. This vivacious affair features a bold and energetic blend of live music, artists and fashion to ring in the New Year in style. The spectacular soiree starts at 9:30 p.m. in the Living Room.

Blue Martini at the Galleria at Fort Lauderdale mall is ringing the New Year in style with live entertainment, plenty of bubbly, and, of course, martinis. Doors open at 7 p.m. Opt between general admission or a table package when making a reservation.  

It’s always a great night with The Goodnicks, and it will only be amplified in a 2-part concert at Las Olas Oceanside Park to usher in the New Year. Whether you join in early from 6:30 – 9:30 for the Goodnicks family-friendly concert, the pre-countdown party with DJ Spin Hype from 9:30 – 11, or the The Goodnicks final late night set from 11 – 12:30 am, complete with laser light show and ball drop feed on the Jumbo Screen, it's hard to beat this oceanside celebration to usher in 2022. 

The family-friendly City of Fort Lauderdale | Orange Bowl Downtown Countdown provides an entire evening of free entertainment culminating with the illuminated Anchor Drop at midnight. The action gets underway at SW 2nd Street and SW 5th Avenue across from Museum of Discovery and Science and along the New River with family activities from 4:30 to 8:30, including a Kids Countdown at 7 p.m. Dance the night away to live music starting at 5:45 p.m. and lasting through the evening. The big Anchor Drop happens at midnight. 

Dance under the stars at The Wharf along the New River starting at 6 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. The open-air venue’s celebration will include live music, fun cocktails, and a selection of food vendors. Although reservations are encouraged, walk-ups are welcome. 

Backyard in Fort Lauderdale plans to have drinks and music, and at midnight, a balloon drop. Other nightlife spots in Fort Lauderdale hosting New Year’s Eve parties with drinks and music include The Wilder, Roxanne’s Liquor Bar + Kitchen, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, Rhythm & Vine, and Rooftop @1WLO, among others. 

And if you want to ring in the New Year on the water (GFL-style), join Blue Moon Outdoor Adventures for a guided tour on your watercraft of choice: a stand-up paddleboard or a single or tandem kayak. 

Hollywood

Delight in a lux nightclub New Year’s Eve experience at DAER and Rooftop Live, two nightlife spots found at The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.                               

Parkland

For a Gatsby-themed party, buy a ticket to the New Year’s Eve celebration at Déjà Blue restaurant in Parkland and enjoy dinner, a champagne bar, live entertainment, a themed photo booth, a cigar and vape lounge, and more. 

Pompano Beach

In Pompano Beach, enjoy a sit-down three-course meal at Oceanic before the party starts with live DJ music.
