If your good enough at reading people you may realize every little facial expression, foot tap, and hair twirl is encoded with a message. For example if shes confident when she flips her hair she will move in a way that says " Ill give you one of these" is this what you would consider report?

Body language isn't a for certain thing. Every individual has quirks, the secret of body language is to observe and learn based on educated guesses.

It really depends. You can usualy tell if it has somethinh to do with you. Like if I appoach a girl and she smiles and immediately touches her hair then thats obvious that I had something to do with that. But if a girl moves her hair out of her eyes because its in the way or shes sitting their twirling her hair because shes bored and I approach her as shes doing it then obviously that has nothing to do with.
