How do I find my account number on FCCU app?

If you need to find your First Commerce account number or our routing number, you can easily find both by logging into First Commerce Digital Banking.

Checking and Share accounts display this information slightly differently. For checking accounts tap on the tile for the account for which you need to see the account number.

The default view is a list of transactions on this account. For statements, tap on the “Details” tab. In this view, there is a list of information. Look for “MICR Account Number” for your full account number. Continue scrolling down and look for “Routing #” for the First Commerce routing number.

For Share accounts, you can use the same method to see the routing number. However, there is no MICR account number for Shares. If you are doing a Savings deposit, you can use the number found on the tile on the home screen or displayed larger when you tap the account tile. You only need to use the digits after the zeroes and before the dash.

Can I access account activity if I don't have an internet connection?

Yes, we offer the PATT (Personal Automated Telephone Teller) System. You may use this free telephone service to access your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the privacy of your home, office, or automobile. The system allows you to transfer between accounts, check your account balance, and more!

How can I get my paycheck (or Tax Refund) deposited directly into my account?

We encourage direct deposits because they are a convenient way to receive and pay funds. When setting up direct deposit, it is CRITICAL that you give your account number using the correct format because an incorrect account number may cause your deposit to be delayed or returned.

  • Log into 1st CCU Anywhere Online Banking or log into the 1st CCU Anywhere Mobile App.
  • Click into the account you want your direct deposit to go into.
  • Look for the 'Detail' section within your account. You will see a 14-digit or 10-digit account number.

(see example of the Details section of an account in 1st CCU Anywhere - if you opened the account prior to March 2017 you may have a 10-digit account number, if you opened the account after March 2017 you may have a 14-digit account number)

Please feel free to contact 1st Community Credit Union for assistance by calling 888-706-1228 if you have questions about authorizing a direct deposit. We would be happy to confirm the account number to insure that you are using the correct format.

I want to authorize a recurring automatic payment from my account.

Automatic Clearing House (ACH) withdrawals are set up through the merchant, utility company, or organization that you authorize to receive funds from your account. Failure to give the correct account number, in the correct format, could result in delayed or even rejected Automatic Transactions.

Please also note that if you set up automatic withdrawal transactions from your account and you need to stop the automatic withdrawal, you should first contact the company that you authorized to do the withdrawal and tell them to stop payment.

  • Log into 1st CCU Anywhere Online Banking or log into the 1st CCU Anywhere Mobile App.
  • Click into the account you want your automatic withdrawal to come out of (i.e. Share Draft Checking)

What are your hours of operation?

Bill Pay is giving me an error message 'Cookies are Disabled'.

1st CCU has been made aware that Bill Pay subscribers using Safari version 13.0.4 receive a 'Cookie are Disabled' message when accessing Bill Pay through Online Banking. Even when ensuring browser settings are set correctly, using this version will not work. Those receiving this error are urged to try using a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

There is a workaround for this issue if you are unable to use a different browser. You will need to perform the following steps:

  1. With the Safari browser window open select Safari from the menu and select Preferences
  2. When the Preferences window appears, Click Privacy
  3. In the Website tracking area, check Prevent cross-site tracking
  4. With the Privacy window still open uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking
  5. Close the Preferences window
  6. Attempt to access Bill Pay

This should clear the 'Cookies are Disabled' error in Safari 13.0.4; HOWEVER, please note that these steps will need to be performed every time you relaunch Safari.  Technical support vendors are researching this issue to find a more optimal solution. You still have the option of downloading and using Chrome or Firefox to avoid this issue in Safari 13.0.4

I have 1st Rewards Checking and I qualified to receive foreign ATM refunds last month. Why wasn't the ATM fee for my withdrawal from Savings refunded?

Our processing system looks at transactions on your 1st Rewards Checking only, and will refund only the ATM fees you have been charged for foreign ATM withdrawals from your 1st Rewards Checking (up to $20).  If you are withdrawing funds from your Savings at an ATM that is going to charge you a fee, you may want to consider first transferring the funds from your Savings to your 1st Rewards Checking account before you initiate the ATM withdrawal.

I have set up automatic loan payments to come out of my account. Last week I came in and made the payment in person, so why did the automatic payment still came out of my account?

When you sign the form to authorize payment transfers to your loan, the transfers are set up in the system to happen on the day(s) you request and those payments happen automatically. The system will not check to see if a payment has already been made to the loan during the month. If you would like to make a change to your scheduled automatic payment transfers please contact 1st CCU to submit a revised authorization form.
