2.0 Update in ACNH brought a ton of new features, one of them being the Pro Decorating License which allows you to use Accent Walls and hang light fixtures from the ceiling in your house. An Accent Wall is one wall that features different wallpaper than the rest, allowing you to have two kinds in one room. You can only have one Accent Wall at a time in a
room. To get the Pro Decorating License, you need 2,500 Nook Miles. Head to your Resident Services Building and then to the Nook Stop where you can purchase it. It unlocks immediately. To add an Accent Wall, you obviously need some wallpaper. You can buy it from Nook's Cranny or from Saharah, either when she visits your town or after you unlock her at Harv's Island Plaza. Make sure you have the wallpaper
either in your pockets or in Storage and go into Decorating Mode by pressing Down on the D-Pad when you're in the room you want to add an Accent Wall to and then the Plus (+) button to switch to the wall view. advertisement To use wallpaper from your pockets, press X, click on your wallpaper, and then hit "Set Accent Wall." They can also purchase it for 2,500 bells from Nook's Cranny. Those bells will be refunded if players later get the Happy Home Paradise DLC. To place one, players need to enter decorating mode. From there, they can push the plus button and select a wall. Click on the wallpaper in the player's pocket with the X button, then find the accent wall option on the menu. This will add the paper to the selected wall. Removing it is equally as simple. Animal Crossing players can go back into decorating mode and the wallpaper should have a blue mark on it.
