Cons: "The only issue w/the flight was that we sat on the tarmac for about as long as the flight took. There was something going on at the gate we were to arrive at, and that left us on the tarmac for about 45 minutes or so. Then there wasn’t very good air flow. Should’ve had an alternate gate."

Cons: "This weekend has been an awesome spending time with my Arizona family..... but my experience at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is DEFINITELY NOT "America's Friendliest Airport" as they like to advertise throughout the airport! When I went to check in with the exact same airline that the 7 of us flew out on, Sun Country Airlines, I was told that my bag was suddenly 9 pounds heavier than when we left.... even though my bag was packed EXACTLY the same and nothing had been added. As we were finishing up paying, a random lady from the ticket counter stopped me and in a very snobby and aggressive way told me I needed to check an additional bag. I was BEYOND CONFUSED because this bag was considered a FREE "personal item" when we left Portland and now I'm being forced to pay an extra $40 dollars. She then started talking to me VERY aggressively and belittling me as if I couldn't afford the extra charges. That was not the problem! I wanted an explanation as to why the policies are suddenly different just 72 hours later? After I re-ran my card and paid the additional charge, we start to leave again, AND THE SAME GIRL tells me I need to check ANOTHER BAG that was considered a "carry on" when we left Portland. She was starring at my family, our belongings, not listening to what I had to say and continuing to harass us, while demanding I pay more money, without answering any of my questions! I spent $120 to check our bags just to get back home- $75 more than when we left! I asked for her badge number to reference my conversation with her when I call and speak to her manager and she refused to give it to me! Her body language was defensive, unapproachable and snobby- rolling her eyes multiple times.I was able to see read her name on her badge before she flipped it over, "Mika" who happens to be based out of Portland International Airport but working out of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport today, December 10th. Sun Country Airlines advertised themselves as "travel convenient and trouble free for all passengers"...... WHAT A JOKE! I will NEVER fly on this airline or recommend them to anybody ever in my life! Pros: "Easy and painless. In fact, while I was getting my bag checked at the gate, the Gate CSR noted that there was an aisle seat available and asked if I wanted to move from a middle seat to the aisle. At 6'3", I was very grateful for the ask."

Pros: "We were allowed to free check some carryon bags due to full plane."

Cons: "So crowded with the narrow aisles. Attendents constantly bumped aisle passingers with rolling carts. Aisle arm on my seat would not come up despite repeated attempts to push button."

Cons: "When we got to the counter for our return flight, they told us Olivia's flight was not paid for. I couldn't believe it, as they never said a word on our way to Phx. She had already been assigned a seat along with my other daughter & I. Our 3 tickets were booked at same time and were all charged at once!"

I missed the flight and had to eat the price of the ticket and find another airline to get to my destination. There was plenty of time to have made it through TSA and boarded the plane but because of some ridiculously stringent policy they would not allow me to try."

We were delayed an hour then sat on the runway for another hour before departing. No explanations were given either in the terminal or from the pilot. We will try very hard not to fly Frontier again if we can at all help it."

Pros: "My 15 year old hasn't even boated her flight as it is delayed until 2:33 am. She was to leave PHX at 7 something this evening. Disappointed with Frontier-will not use this airline again nor recommend to family, friends nor clients."

Cons: "The line to checkin for flight was very long (not enough employees). We were told to go to Gate 20, then told to go to another gate along with two other flights. Waited for hours with no information as to what the problem was or when the flight would leave (same for other two fights). There were no Frontier employees in the terminal to be found to ask. It was all very unorganized! Finally one employee made an anouncement that we had no flight crew. Again waited in line for hour and half to talk to the one employee working the desk. Then waited almost two hours for bag at baggage claim. Still did not get luggage. Had to pay to stay in hotel and book flight on United the next day. When I tried to ask a Frontier employ the next morning where I should go to find luggage he was extremely rude and said I had to wait in line with a bunch of other people trying to check in and others that were on a flight that was just cancelled. There is not baggage offfice like other airlines have - they are too cheap!!. Their fairs are cheep but they nickle and dime you to death with baggage fees and seating feas, seats are cramped and uncomfortable, employees (the few they have) are rude. I think the airline is extremely cheap, unorganized and pathetic. By the way, i filed a claim on my luggage on line as directed by the recording you get when you call (because there is no one to talk to) and now received an email that I need to file claim with the baggage office at the airport. What baggage office??????"

They did give vouchers for dinner at the airport, but continued to charge for even water once on the plane. Frontier prices are good, but not worth the hassle to me. I will choose Delta or American next time."

(mine was about 100$ less than other airlines at time of booking) -Then they have you pick your seat (charge) -Then if you want to check a bag (charge) -Then if you want to BRING A CARRY ON (CHARGE) It ended up being way MORE than the other flights I could have just booked on other airlines. (I booked at $220.00 and by the end of my trip spent $373.00 with Frontier) Also, the returning flight was delayed 45 minutes but I received no notifications."

I all but had to rais my hand and shout out to the attendant to take my order - the passanger next to me had to say something to the attendant on my behalf. I get people at one point or another have an off day - but it was bad a Ly the same on the way on second leg f the trip"

Pros: "When we got to the airport the kiosk was not working, and no one was at the counter. Checked in online, they charged us $45 per carry on (didn't read the small print, because it's so small, and no other airline I've been on charges for carry ons). To check a bag was cheaper, $35 but no one was at the counter. Also, they charged us $20 per seat when we checked in, did not give us the option of a no-charge seat online. (even though we did have tickets) So, I paid an additional $130 for the 2 tickets total. Shabby airline."

The baggage fees are insanely expensive and the seats are so close together on the plane you feel like you are sitting in each others lap. Considering how many passengers they have on the plane and how much money they make show how horrible the baggage fees are because clearly they are making profit. Also, you can't even get water without paying for it. Everything here costs, this is why I will continue to fly with Southwest and I will never fly with this airline again."

Paying extra to eliminate these factors will be worth it too me."

Cons: "Misleading information about charges for carry-on. I understood extra charges would apply to luggage checked in, not suitcases carried onboard. Leg room is too small for tall people. I am 6'1" and my knee's were pressed against the seat in front of me the whole trip, not comfortable at all."
