Needs a fix. About a couple months ago I went to log in as usual and it just keeps me on, Please Wait, and keeps spinning. I have tried with using my log in and password. I have tried with my biometrics. Neither, just waiting. I have uninstalled other app and redownloaded it. Still waiting. Can't even use the pull down to get a quick glimpse of minimum info. I have to go the long, tedious way through online. Then the ad galore and navigating through it is a pain. Please fix this. 7 people found this review helpful
Hit or miss most of the time. I always see the "unable to authenticate" (fingerprint) error followed by an "application error--we are unable to display your information at this time" error when I type in my password manually. (yes I typed my password correctly - as it loaded just fine on a web browser on the same phone) This application error happens a lot. Worked great for the first year thay I had it, about a month or two ago, I had logged out because I redid my biometrics on my phones security and so I had to enter with username and password, ever since then it keeps saying error trying to load my information even though my info is correct. I'm deleting the app cause it doesn't work anymore, which sucks because I liked being able to open my phone and quickly see my loan payments and other stuff.
