Delivery speeds and charges to these areas depend on:

• The delivery option you choose (e.g. Same Day / Express / Priority / Expedited). A default option and other available options will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order, and you can change the default option to your preferred available option. You must select Same Day, Express, Priority or Expedited delivery at checkout if this is your preferred delivery option.
• Whether Amazon AU ships your item. The guide only applies to items shipped by Amazon AU and does not apply to items shipped by third party sellers or Amazon Global Store items.

The below table is a guide only. Delivery charges and speeds for your delivery address will be confirmed during checkout before you complete your order . Various factors can impact delivery speeds and charges. Important information about these is below.

*Heavy & Bulky products refers to any item meeting any one of the following three criteria: 1) Package length is above 105cm; 2) Package width or height is above 70cm; 3) Item weight, including package weight, is above 22kg.

• Delivery speeds may vary based on delivery location, item size and weight, during peak times and due to external factors such as adverse weather and the impacts of COVID-19. For these reasons, not all shipping speeds are available at all times and for all items and addresses.
• To see the most accurate shipping information as you shop, make sure to set up a default address for your account. Refer to Add & Manage Addresses for more details. If you change your shipping address at checkout, or don’t login or enter a shipping address until checkout, delivery speeds, charges and options may change based on your shipping address.
• Remember to check the ordering cut-off time shown on the detail page as this will impact when you receive your order. The "order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place the order, in order to enable delivery by the date shown. The countdown is accurate at the time you proceed to the checkout page, but delivery dates may change if, for example, inventory or delivery capacity changes before you place your order.
• If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unable to ship immediately, end-to-end delivery time may be extended. Speed guides apply to items that are in stock and ready to ship, if an item is out of stock, this will be indicated on the relevant product detail page and an estimated shipping date may be provided.
• Delivery options for weekends and public holidays may be more limited than for business days.
• In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping or change the available delivery options or speeds, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location. In this case, the option to choose Express, Same Day, Priority or Expedited Delivery may not appear.
• If only some items in your order are eligible for Amazon Prime delivery benefits, you'll be charged applicable delivery fees for the ineligible items and these will be displayed at checkout.
• Any item that is not marked as Prime eligible on the product detail page and at checkout is not Prime eligible. Items fulfilled by Amazon AU Marketplace sellers (also known as third party sellers) are not Prime eligible.
• If you're carrying more than one type of item in your cart, the highest shipping rate applies (for example, if you're carrying a book, and a heavy bulky item, the heavy bulky rate applies).

• If you do not receive your order or receive it late, please contact us.
