A message from our Director

Providing quality programming and services, and a safe, aesthetically pleasing greenway and park system is the commitment we make every day to the families and residents of Concord. We take great pride in providing services that enhance quality of life and we strive to make our community a great place to live.

I hope you have the opportunity to get outdoors and walk the greenway, visit one of our parks, experience one of our special events, visit one of our community centers, and participate in a recreational class or program.

Concord Parks & Recreation takes great pride in the community support we receive and want you to know that we are continually working to earn your support. We welcome your comments, questions or concerns.

Visiting Parks and Outdoor Recreational Facilities

In Concord, one is never far from an open green space for active play or just relaxing.

Staying physically active is one of the best ways to keep your mind and body healthy. Concord’s extensive park system provides endless opportunities for people to get fresh air, exercise, enjoy nature and relieve some stress.  Each of Concord's parks has a distinctive character all its own; and with 14 Pickleball courts, 13 tennis courts, a pool open for lap swim, plenty of family play space, walking tracks and miles of scenic hiking trails, there is something for everyone.
