They had to stop service with only a few rows left to go due to turbulence but rather it just being a delay in service, the flight attendants never came back to check on the customers they hadn’t served even when the seat belt lights turned off. I really enjoy flying Delta but not this time!"

Flying in "steerage" is not comfortable as humans get larger and airplane seats get squeezed smaller. Please unsqueeze! Cabin crew members were excellent. Other than that, Europe was great!"

I couldn't move around enough and I ended up with a trigger point problem which immobilized me for 3 days and kept me from sleeping at night. It was very disappointing, since this was a family visit trip."

My bag was supposed to be directly shipped to PDX. I had to leave my hotel back to the airport and spend 2 hours trying to find it only to be told that it was going to PDX. I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too."

In order to make sure I had enough time to make the connecting flight, I didn't check in my luggage which lead to me having to minimize liquids and pastes in my luggage (no vanilla extract or tequila). Also while making the transfer I felt rushed and stressed out. I might search for tickets using Kayak but I would not buy tickets directly from Kayak if my route involves a transfer at an airport that I am not familiar with."

Of course the hotel only take you until 12pm so I spend so many hours in the airport waiting for re ticketing they told us to be at 6pm we wait and I got my ticket leaving at 9.45pm but the crew come one hour and half late. From Panama to Lima flight was late . I had a conference very important to be Saturday morning, I lost my investment and relationships with the company I was going to start a business there excuse was they couldn’t relay on my punctuality, honestly. I got there more than a day and half LATE. If you ask me how was my trip I will tell you horrible and I can’t recommend anybody, this company doesn’t have any personality at all"

Cons: "We used to get more for our money. 20 minutes isn't enough time to use the restroom and find and eat food after hauling from one terminal to another on the light rail. Then we are given a mystery snack mix and a drink, I remember we used to get meal service for flights that long. Boarding was very confusing for people in groups 3, 4, & 5 as we were all grouped in one line. Group 3 was called and 4 & 5 tried to board. A simple PA saying that group 3 should be in line first would help the confusion. The lady performing the boarding call was rude. Saying "I don't care I will just take thier bags and check them, they don't have a choice". That's a great way to start an argument. Then the seat pitch is awful, I'm not the only person flying that is over 6ft tall. My knees were directly impacting the meal tray arms of the seat in front of me the entire flight. Shorter flights weren't bad, but sitting on the ramp waiting for takeoff for at least 30 minutes plus the flight time was pretty painful."

Miserable is an understatement the pain from the flight will certainly be very real for days after. Never United airlines again I will campaign against anyone flying United airlines!!"

I wouldn’t even recommend that you guys co-work with this kiwi website. I booked the flight with 20 hours layover, fine, I wanted to, to save money. But I have done math wrong and I realized I have to be on Portland by Sunday not Monday. So I go ahead and try to do manage booking and just change the date! I did but their portal just made me pay for 250 or something I don’t remember for the flight from Charlotte to Portland and I thought they will reimburse me part of original flight price after deducting any fees. But No it’s like nothing really happened and the most ridiculous and unprofessional thing they do is someone can’t reach out to any representative for this company. At all. It’s like they know, they are messed up so they avoid being on calls! How bad this is. Even when I get a number for them it’s not even free call it’s an international number. And after all of these, I get notifications from kayak, I don’t even know why. If kayak is stating that it’s nit responsible for any issues that could happen between a customer and any page he/she got redirected to, so why am I even getting notifications now? Cons: "In my own ignorance I booked with Frontier, believing that I was getting a good deal, so I suppose it was my own fault for the experience I had. $40 each way for carry-ons, $2.99 for a can of sprite, and being packed into seats like sardines really made me rethink ever flying with Frontier again. And the flight was delayed and the personnel didn't know what was going on and wasn't able to inform us. The online seat assignment was confusing to figure out."

Cons: "Fees for carry-on baggage. I always check my larger bags and even though I don't love paying for that extra either, we should not be charged for bags that carry on and go under the seat. The measurements are too small/restrictive if they fit under the seat there should be no charge."

Pros: "I like the low fare and the non-stop flight. The low fares made it possible for me to fly to Atlanta, GA, for an emergency, and money wasn't an issue!"

Cons: "The cost of the carry on luggage was close to the same as the cost of the flight. I do not appreciate that level of surprise extra cost, as it was not highlighted at the time of purchase! When we decided to save $5 per piece of luggage and check our bags, the check in attendant threw our bags onto the conveyor belt haphazardly with little regard for what may have been in them. The seats on the plane did not recline and were very uncomfortable. I am very dissatisfied, and will avoid flying with Frontier Airlines in the future."

I cancelled, asked for a refund, and re-booked on United. If my refund is $200 Frontier voucher, I will have not use for it, ad I will NEVER fly Frontier again. I am thinking to contact the FAA."

Cons: "After I booked my flight I found out there was $9 charge each way to select a seat and a $35 charge each way to carry on a bag. Unexpected charges, which made the overall cost not very competitive. Also charged for water and soda in flight. I will not fly Frontier again unless it happens to be the only airline serving my destination"

This ruined a whole day of our vacation. We had to find a way back home Thursday night and someone else take us to the airport the next morning. We lost a day of our time share that we can’t get back. Then we were delayed on Friday from 9 to 10am. We finally got out at 10"

Oxygen masks came down during the flight which worried me. Plane made all sorts of weird noises. Plane was filthy when we boarded. There were crumbs and food all over the floor. I would never suggest flying with Spirit, super unreliable."

And for lack of a better word or expression, she gave me what can only be described as "stank face." She rolled her eyes and actually let out an audible sigh before grabbing the bag from my hands and shoving it into the bin, then walked away without so much as a word. I attempted to thank her and got no response, she just turned and walked away. I can say with all honesty that i have never been treated so rudely on any other airline."

Pros: "On the outbound seat I was able to purchase a big seat up front. Nice wide comfortable seat up front for an extra $40. Not so lucky on the return. Setting in the regular seat offered plenty of legroom, but not much padding and don't recline."

Ridiculous charge for carry-on and checked luggage, more than other airlines by far, and they allow less, ie. checked bag can't weigh more than 40 lbs. instead of the standard 50 lbs. No room on plane at all unless you pay extra for the big seat. Charge for you to choose a seat period. No free drinks or snacks. Charge for you to print boarding pass at airport. Basically you name it and they charge for it."

Pros: "The basic seats were fine and comfortable enough. I checked my bag and was surprised the fee was so high. The website wasn't clear on the rateswhen I purchased ticket. I had a large bag so I had to pay checked rates. Several people found out at the gate that they had to pay a lot there for a carry on."

Cons: "I didn't like that you set up your employees to be the bad guys and have to take the heat over DVD over fir the checked bag fee. Love the fee for carry one but the fact should be made known before the flight to the traveler gets to the airport about the fees."

Pros: "My flight from Chicago to Portland was seamless once it left the airport. I don't know if the delay was a Spirit Airlines or O'hare issue, but the result was a significant delay."

Cons: "I was highly annoyed at the fees for luggage. I could have flown for the same price with Delta, (which I will do the next time), without luggage fees for carryons. There was only one working bathroom in the entire plane, the tray tables were a joke, and there were not even free soft drinks. I will never fly with Spirit again."
