First time eating here but won't be the last. Coconut shrimp was absolutely delicious, as was the Lava Flow cocktail. Patricia was our server and she made wonderful recommendations. Quick seating and the food came out fast as well. Terrific experience!

The experience was cool. Everything was themed from the movie Forrest Gump. The staff and waitress was great. I had high hopes for the food. Once we got our food, everything looked great but tasted just ok. Nothing special about it. I actually had an appetizer of steamed shrimp that is not pictured. We eat a lot of seafood so my expectations are high with seafood. It was a let down. I'm sure for the average person, the food is amazing. But for my group, the food filled a hole.

Great service. Great food. Friendly and fun waitress. She asked trivia questions about Forrest Gump during our visit and kept things interesting. The food was great, but a little pricey.

Pancake Pantry

affordable

American restaurant

Breakfast restaurant

A gabled slate roof tops this popular breakfast & lunch spot, known for many varieties of flapjacks.

Slide 1 of 9

A Gatlinburg classic, if you’re looking for breakfast, move the Pantry up to the top 5 places to eat, easy. Open for breakfast and lunch, the Pantry essentially started the trend of pancake restaurants in the Smokies. The lunch menu is light, but I’m a sucker for the Polish Aristocrat – which is just fun to order – layers of Swiss cheese, corned beef and coleslaw in rye, this grilled sandwich is worthy of the name.

As one of the best places to eat in Gatlinburg TN, this charming pancake house serves made-from-scratch meals in a rustic setting for both breakfast and lunch. Since it became Gatlinburg’s first pancake house in 1960, Pancake Pantry has been serving delicious meals to both visitors and locals. Kids especially love the children’s menu, with favorites like Chocolate Chip Pancakes and M&M Pancakes.

One of the most well-known and popular restaurants in Gatlinburg TN is the Pancake Pantry. If you are up and at it early in the morning, this is a great place for breakfast or brunch. Some of the great options you can choose from at this restaurant include over 2 dozen varieties of buttermilk pancakes, 7 types of omelettes, amazing french toast, and several other delicious breakfast options.

Start the morning off right with a tasty breakfast at the Pancake Pantry. The Pancake Pantry is Gatlinburg’s oldest pancake house and has been providing visitors and locals with pancakes since 1960. While the grown-ups will enjoy this restaurant too, the kids will love choosing a pancake meal off their very own menu!

It is always nice when you can find a local restaurant that caters to children. That is exactly what you will find at the Pancake Pantry. When the owners of the restaurant, Jim and June Gerding, traveled to Gatlinburg in 1960, they wanted to find a restaurant that made kids feel special.

When you’re ready for breakfast, your family should eat at Pancake Pantry. They try to make kids feel as welcome as possible with their own menu. Your kids will want to try Bears in the Snow, two bear shaped pancakes covered in powdered sugar.

EXCELLENT!! We went around 9 on a Saturday morning so it was super busy. Line out the door busy but it was handled so well. We only waited about 10 minutes and we’re seated and placed our orders. The food was amazing and out super fast. Don’t be scared by the crowd, the workers are doing amazing!!

Love the pancakes here. But I do LOVE anything breakfast... Food is good and fun options to try. Attentive courteous staff even though it's always BUSY. I would subtract a star for the wait, but it wasn't that bad (less then 30 mins); and we knew that going in, as this was our second time. It is kind of a tourist thing but it's worth it at least once. Be mentally prepared to wait but relax and enjoy. Try the fresh squeezed orange juice!!

Came at the right time! Brunch at 12pm. We have never tried lunch food here. The Black Jack Burger was great! We also had salad and the Usual breakfast for the kids. It was great as always!

Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que

Barbecue restaurant

Lauded barbecue spot serves ample portions of hickory- & mesquite-smoked meat plus breakfast buffet.

If you want to try a family-operated, locally owned restaurant, you definitely want to go to Bennett’s Pit Bar-b-que. They serve all the barbeque classics like pulled pork, ribs, and all the southern sides. To get the smoky, tangy flavor, Bennett’s smokes their meat over hickory wood for 14 hours to allow the food to absorb the flavor.

Find delicious barbecue and smoked pork, brisket, and sausage at this Gatlinburg barbecue restaurant. Located just off the main drag, Bennett's is a favorite stop for families and groups who want a delicious, satisfying, and affordable meal. family restaurantsfamily restaurantsgatlinburggatlinburg, tntn

With some of the best BBQ and ribs in the Smokies, Bennett’s Pit Bar-B-Que is a great choice for a family meal. They also have a kid’s meal, with delicious options even the pickiest of eaters can enjoy. You and your family can either have a sit-down meal in the restaurant or take it to go.

On River Road, Bennett’s Pit Bar-B-Que serves meals that are moist, tender, and packed full of flavor. This locally owned eatery features barbecue ribs, pork, chicken, and beef. They also offer a children’s menu.

One of the best BBQ places I've been to. The burnt ends and brisket were fantastic and I'm not usually a smoked sausage guy but the waitress brought around some to sample and next time I'll be adding that. All the sauces were delicious. All around great food and not bad prices if you don't mind sharing a large plate of food. Well done Bennets. We will definitely go back.

Best food in Gatlinburg! One block off the “main drag” makes this place even better, as the wait times are more manageable than places along the main road. The cheddar biscuits are to die for, and the nachos are so large, you might want to share. So good, we choose Bennett’s night after night on the same trip!

Our server Alisha was amazing! She was very attentive to our needs. We had a pretty large group and she made sure we were okay and all of our needs were met! The manager was very polite and engaging as well! You better not let an employee like Alisha go...EVER!!

The Park Grill

affordable

American restaurant

Bar

American classics, particularly steaks, served in a massive log structure with contemporary decor.

Slide 1 of 8

This came highly recommended from a friend as one of the best places to eat in Gatlinburg with kids, and I can attest that her recommendation was bang on!. The Park Grill looks like a mountain lodge from the outside, and felt cozy and homely inside (although I will say, if you’re not a fan of taxidermy then you might need to avert your eyes – we ate our dinner under the watchful eyes of several stuffed animals). This is a fairly typical steakhouse, the kind of place that comes with complimentary bread and a trip to the salad bar.

A sophisticated restaurant, The Park Grill has a contemporary atmosphere that doesn’t depart from the Smoky Mountain feel. Burgers, chicken, steaks, and seafood are all offered on the vast menu. You’ll get to experience all the classic flavors of Southern Appalachia while dining in the comfort of a rustic mountain lodge.

Dine in the comfort of this rustic mountain lodge setting near the top of the Gatlinburg strip. Come for the finest meats available and stay for the salad bar that serves as the perfect complement to the meal or as a meal itself. Be sure to try the famous Shrimp and Crab Bisque if you’re big into bisques.

You’ll find seafood, steak, chicken, and a section that combines these entrees. If you’re wanting something a little lighter, we have a salad bar with over 40 toppings. Kids will love choosing from chicken tenders, steak, shrimp, and trout, and they also get to visit the salad bar.

The Park Grill is an American restaurant that opened its doors in 1995. You can find it neighboring various art galleries, nature attractions, and hotels.

The restaurant is beautiful! The service was attentive. The salad bar is great! Dipping the yeast rolls in the Shrimp and Crab bisque is insanely good! The garlic mashed potatoes were seasoned well. The half rack of ribs were a good portion & very tasty. I would get the sauce on the side next time so my husband who eats low carb could eat some. This place can be pricey but it's a very nice place with delicious food. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

This was one of my favorite restaurants of our trip. I was thoroughly impressed. We arrived around 5-6pm, and we were seated right away. Our service was quick and friendly. I was surprised by how fast our food was ready. The Park Grill has, perhaps, the best salad bar I've ever had. It has a great selection of veggies and toppings. They also serve hot rolls before your meal. My food was served hot and well-cooked. I have no complaints, and I'd highly recommend eating dinner here. The restaurant is nature themed.

The food here wasn't the best we've had, but it also wasn't terrible. The Hickory Grilled Moonshine Chicken was a little dry, but had a good flavor. The kids chicken strips were good and plentiful. The mashed potatoes were delicious. The BBQ Sampler was a bit disappointing to a Texan, but wasn't the worst I've had. The salad bar was great and definitely increases the value of the whole meal. Our waiter was a little odd, touching my wife's back and speaking a little condescendingly to her, reminding her about things like the salad bar. He also left once our food came and came back reeking of cigarette smoke that was so strong it overpowered the smell of anything else for a bit.

Big Daddy's Pizzeria

Their pizzas start with homemade dough that is handcrafted and topped with housemade sauce and fresh ingredients. You’ll find classics like the Boo Boo Bomber, a pepperoni pizza, or specialty pies like the Great White, a 5-cheese pizza with alfredo sauce. You can even choose to make your own pizza with any toppings or sauce you want.

If your kids love pizza, they are in for a real treat at Big Daddy’s Pizzeria!. This popular pizza joint features handcrafted dough, homemade ingredients and a brick oven to create the best tasting slices around town!. Choose from one of the specialty pies or create your own combination from a variety of mouthwatering toppings!

Big Daddy’s Pizzeria is another restaurant in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This local chain uses fresh dough and sauce on every pizza. You can get a classic, such as cheese or pepperoni, or you can try one of their signature pizzas, such as the Taco Pie.

Big Daddy’s Pizzeria offers your family a fun place to spend the evening together enjoying a delicious meal. After all, who doesn’t love pizza?. Plus, the pizza that you will find here is not your average pie.

My wife and I stopped by to grab a 10" pizza and a beer. The service was perfect and the food was good. We ordered a pepperoni, sausage and banana pepper pizza. I'd consider it really good. I would definitely order it again. We will likely be back when we are in town. Zero issues with this visit.

On vacation, we ate at Big Daddy's Pizzeria in November 2021 and had delicious pizzas. When I say we, I'm talking about 16 in our family! Everyone had a great time! The waiter and waitresses were friendly, and brought our food after several minutes of waiting. We ordered at least 7 pizzas, so we knew it would take a little time. We will definitely go there again when we're in Gatlinburg!

AMAZING pizza and garlic bread. They had a special going on too where we were able to buy one 10 inch and get a second free. Yum!! Waitress, Lynette was the BEST!! So friendly and helpful with picking out what to get. Highly recommend going here.

Cherokee Grill and Steakhouse

Traditional American menu of steaks, burgers & seafood entrees in a woodsy mountain lodge setting.

Slide 1 of 7

The Cherokee Grill is a steakhouse in Gatlinburg along the Parkway that offers a woodsy lodge setting. It has a traditional American menu with seafood, fried chicken, crab cakes and more. Of course, they offer a variety of steaks which is often one of the most popular selections.

For an upscale restaurant in Gatlinburg, you should grab lunch, dinner, or even brunch from the Cherokee Grill. You’ll find classic steakhouse foods like salads, catfish, chicken, steak, and more. For appetizers, there’s a wide variety of things to choose from.

One of the best places to eat in Gatlinburg with kids that’s nice is Cherokee Grill. This restaurant has an upscale steakhouse feel while still being kid friendly. Some of the food your kids can get include grilled cheese, burgers, chicken tenders, and steak.

Cherokee Grill is an upscale restaurant located in the heart of Gatlinburg as well, right on the Parkway. Start the meal with a Shrimp Cocktail or Seared Ahi Tuna before moving on to the chicken, seafood, or sandwiches the menu offers.

Husband and I ate here for dinner on family vacation. Filet and local trout were delicious. We also ordered the calamari with mustard sauce and apple+brownie cobbler. Everything was prepared perfectly. Service was fast and friendly. Would recommend and will go back when we’re in town!

We made reservations and arrived and was seated promptly. Atmosphere was very cool and they did have actual gas (open flame) sconces on the pillars. Server was new and she did great and was very nice. It was great finding a place that was willing and able to do a virgin mojito. Virgin frozen drinks were just ok as they were not blended the best and had a lot of ice. Meals were great and flavorful. The kids like their meal but just know the online menu may differ from restaurant. Online it showed kids ribs but in the restaurant it did not. Definitely a solid 4 and worth checking out.

Absolutely AMAZING! So good. Food looked just like the pictures. Ordered the seafood combo platter and my daughter ordered the pork chop. Asked for lemons, they came out like that.

Big Daddy's Pizzeria

affordable

Pizza restaurant

Local chain offering wood-fired, thin-crust pies, plus sandwiches & salads, in a casual setting.

Slide 1 of 8

Fresh ingredients, hand-made dough, and blazing hot wood-fired ovens are the benchmarks for great pizza, and Big Daddy’s pizzeria has them all. The toppings and sauces they offer are so fresh, they don’t even keep a freezer in the restaurant!. Pick from among their creative specialty pizzas or build your own, and maybe add some of their famous homemade meatballs as an appetizer.

This place is worthy of being listed as one of the top places to eat in Pigeon Forge, overall, but Big Daddy’s Pizzeria is also great for kids — and not just because of great pizza. Bring the kids and they’ll get a chance to shape some dough before they take it to the back to wood-fire it up. The arcade inside is also a nice touch to this wonderful kid-friendly environment.

They use fresh ingredients and hand made dough and then cook their pizzas is a wood fired brick oven. It is a taste you won’t forget!. The best part is the kids can also play in Big Daddy’s Hollywood Arcade while you wait or even after their meal while the adults relax.

3053 Parkway, Pigeon forge 865-429-7171www.bigdaddyspizzeria.net/. This local chain serves up delicious wood-fired pizza and has multiple locations throughout the area. In addition to fabulous pizza, the also serve a variety of appetizers, salads, and sandwiches.

The little picky eaters all want something different but you just want to go to one place and everybody be happy. Luckily, there are several great places to eat with your kids in Pigeon Forge.

We came here because of the good reviews and the arcade was a definite bonus. We absolutely loved it and will be back before we leave this week. We ordered a pepperoni pizza for the kids and the carnivore for my husband and I. The amount of meat on the carnivore wasn't overwhelming at all and it was really good. Zach was our waiter and he made sure to take good care of us, getting refills before we even asked for them and suggesting the spinach artichoke dip (which was fantastic!) The arcade was nicely setup as well and I like that you get bonuses for adding certain amounts to your cards. I added $20 each and got a $5 bonus per card. Hubby and I racked up more points than the kids combined. Haha! We saved our points for later in the week. Fun time. I definitely recommend coming here, it's worth the wait time.

Amazing! This pizza did not disappoint. Not only was the food super tasty, the wait time for our order was only 20 minutes on a Saturday night for a pickup. I ordered two pizzas, wings, cheese sticks 4 cannolis, and a kid pizza. Included we also received complimentary portioned "extras" bags. These included about 5 packets each of crushed red pepper and grated parmesan, a couple mints, and a pack of those fancy single ended toothpicks with emblems of the company of Big Daddy's other business. Makes you want to try them after how awesome this place was.

They had some really great pizza. So refreshing after eating just papa John's for so long. The food was hot and every aspect of it was amazing. We also got wings and they were really good. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was really clean. They also had an arcade with a decent assortment of games to play while you wait. Overall just a really great experience and I would most definitely come here again.

Crockett's Breakfast Camp

affordable

Breakfast restaurant

Rustic, cabin-themed eatery offering modern takes on classic Southern breakfast dishes.

Slide 1 of 7

Another great restaurant in Gatlinburg TN that serves breakfast is Crockett’s Breakfast Camp. You’ll find classic breakfast dishes such as stone ground grits, old fashioned oatmeal, and a variety of omelettes, as well as some original options like the Cathead Stacker, a delicious medley of meats, eggs, cheeses, and fresh fruit and potatoes. If you want something a little more cozy, you can get french toast or waffles topped with your choice of fruit.

The sole reason we chose Davey Crockett’s for breakfast was that it came with ample free parking. We ate here on our last day and by this point, I was getting really irritated at having to either constantly pay for parking or walk for ages in the heat to get to a restaurant. While we didn’t necessarily choose this restaurant for the right reasons, I’m glad we tried it because it was fantastic!

If you need a place for your family to enjoy a delicious breakfast, start the day at Crockett’s Breakfast Camp. As they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so you might as well enjoy it!. As one of the best breakfast restaurants in Gatlinburg, Crockett’s serves a large variety of traditional breakfast foods, including omelets, ham, sausage, and so much more!

Start your day off on the right foot at Crockett’s Breakfast Camp!. They offer a modern twist on a classic Southern breakfast with everything an early-riser could wish for!. The Black Bear Camp Skillet is a fan-favorite with pecan-smoked bacon, country or sugar cured ham, sausage, and 2 farm fresh eggs.

Outstanding food and service! There are several breakfast choices in the area so I went with the one with the highest rating. I wasn’t disappointed. We walked right in and were seated. Inside of 10 minutes we had ordered and been served. The food was fantastic. I’m skeptical of “big” for the sake of big so what a pleasant surprise when the giant pancakes were so delicious. The same goes for the biscuit - it was very big but wow was it tasty.

Atmosphere is awesome! All the staff were so friendly. This was our favorite place we visited! Wanted to go back the next morning before we left but they were not open that early. Think the price is a little high.. Like $5.99 for a side of corned beef hash. I got the Country fried steak.. it was good nothing special really. Girls enjoyed their meal also. Again pretty pricey for a breakfast.. but it's a tourist place so.. we are willing to pay it for the experience.

Was a wonderful experience overall! We used the wait list feature which was nice because when we arrived the wait was over an hour. The restaurant had really unique ambiance and interior design. It was a very country design which went well with the name of the restaurant. The service was not the most friendly but very attentive. The food was delicious and the value for what you received was amazing.

For the most delicious Tex-Mex in a lively atmosphere, be sure to check out No Way Jose’s Cantina!. You’ll get to try fresh salsa, guacamole, and queso. You can try any of your favorites, from steak or chicken fajitas to quesadillas filled with your choice of protein and veggies.

If your family loves Mexican food, you’ll definitely want to head over to No Way Jose’s Cantina. They have all the dishes that come to mind, like enchiladas, nachos, tacos, quesadillas, and fajitas. Jose’s even has traditional food like chimichangas, flautas, and chile relleno.

An authentic Mexican restaurant, No Way Jose’s Cantina is a great change of pace. It is the spot for tacos, fajitas, and burritos in Gatlinburg. On a nice day, dine on the outdoor patio and enjoy views of downtown Gatlinburg!

We spent our son's birthday dinner. Had to wait for almost 45 minutes on a Saturday evening during spring break. Though they said 2 hours, it was quicker. The food was awesome and one of the best Mexican food we had. The servers were quick, very polite. Made our day. Will definitely come back if in town!!!

Enjoyed my dinner here! It was my first time on a trip from Florida. The food was great! Very tasty! They also have some great tasting margaritas! Overall great experience and I would definitely go back!

Great little restaurant. Service was a bit slow due to staffing, but server was super nice and took care of our party. I got the Jalisco Trio enchiladas, they were really good. The cheese dip was probably the best I've had at a restaurant. Wasn't outrageously priced, would definitely return.

Calhoun's in Gatlinburg

affordable

Barbecue restaurant

American restaurant

Chain serving Tennessee BBQ, fresh-ground burgers & sandwiches, plus homestyle sides & craft beers.

Slide 1 of 7

Another one of the best places to eat in Gatlinburg with kids is Calhoun’s. This restaurant is a local chain that serves delicious southern barbeque. Your kids will get their own menu with games and drawings they can color, along with a pack of crayons.

Calhoun’s is a local chain restaurant in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. You can get pulled pork, baby back ribs, fried chicken tenders, and burgers. If you want something more upscale, you can get a variety of steaks, pork chops, or chicken entrees.

An East Tennessee legend, Calhoun’s famous barbecue is a staple of dinners all over the region. There’s some overlap in experience – in my opinion – between Calhoun’s and The Park Grill. You can’t really go wrong with either.

To taste some of the best BBQ, ribs, and steak in Tennessee, visit the Gatlinburg location of Calhoun’s!. Calhoun’s is right near the national park entrance, so you won’t miss them. Look for the big wooden water wheel!

I love Calhoun's. I first visited and really enjoyed the Knoxville riverside location so decided to try the Gatlinburg location while I was in the area. We were seated promptly and had a very nice server. We tried the bacon wrapped burnt ends as an appetizer and thought they were delicious. I like to try a bit of everything, so I ordered the sampler entree. It comes with ribs, pulled pork, and chicken tenders. I always get the spinach maria as my side, it's wonderful. My husband had the grilled pork chops and was very pleased with them. Overall another great meal at Calhoun's.

Our food was very good, and the prices reasonable. Clean restaurant Great view of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. The ribs are as advertised...awesome.great pretzel appetizer and excellent grilled shrimp, fries, baked potato and Mac and cheese.Krisy our server was spot on attentive.

This place was amazing! We went twice in one day because it was so good. They had a special that was steak on a kabob and it was the most amazing, juciest, tender steak I have ever eaten! We also had the Brisket wrapped in bacon appetizer and it was very good. The fried fish and pork Chop plate was one of the best we've had in a long time. Calhouns is definitely a must!

Let me preface this recommendation by saying that Clifftop is located in Anakeesta, a mountaintop park that requires tickets and a chairlift to the top. I wouldn’t buy tickets to Anakeesta just to eat at Clifftop, but if you’re heading there anyway, this is a great place to eat with fantastic views. Clifftop is a small restaurant and can fill up quickly, so if you know you want to eat there then I would recommend stopping by to put your name down early.

Anakeesta’s dining experience with a view, Cliff Top gets dinged a little on the list for essentially coming with a cover charge. It costs just to get into Anakeesta. But Cliff Top gets a boost for offering the best open-air dining view in the Smokies.

Great experience we spent all day just walking around checking out the mountains from different points of view there's a giant Tower , rope Bridges, kids play areas lots of shops tons of different food options everything from lemon shake ups and ice cream funnel cakes and pulled pork !! Also they have a very nice dining restaurant called Cliff top it had All Glass Windows showcasing the beautiful mountain views. there were live bands playing during the day fire pits to get cozy around . It's a full day caped off by a beautiful mountain sunset💕❣️ oops I almost forgot zip lining and a roller coaster too!!

I've lived here 6 years and finally took my first trip to Anakeesta. It won't take 6 months for me to go back. The park was beautiful, the food was great. It reminded me of Epcot's Food and Garden Festival. Take out rides and Disney things, insert natural views feeling of tranquility. It's a great place visit.

My family and I really enjoyed this place! It is on top of a mountain and there is a lot to do! Good restaurant and nice area ! It is well worth it!! We spent at least few hours there easy! There are some activities there which will take some time! The area is nice well organized and clean! Very nice place and will recommend it!!

The Peddler Steakhouse

Steak house

American restaurant

Grilled beef, chicken, trout & a salad bar highlight the food offerings at this woodsy steakhouse.

Slide 1 of 5

Each of the following restaurants can make a legitimate claim to being the best in Gatlinburg, the best in Sevier County or the best in Tennessee. Of course, a lot of it comes down to personal preference. The Peddler Steakhouse is a Gatlinburg institution with roots that reach back to the very founding of the city itself.

When you dine at The Peddler Steakhouse, you can get steaks grilled to your personal liking, in addition to chicken, trout, and a salad bar. Located on River Road, you can dine while overlooking the shimmering river. The Peddler is known as one of the best places to eat in Gatlinburg TN!

Exceptional dining experience. From service to food. Steaks are some of the best you'll eat. The salad bar has everything and more of what you need. Best part is the view. Do yourself a favor and reserve your seats! This is the best Steak house in Gatlinburg.

We totally did not expect to have such a bland, dull and boring steak, total let down. I ordered Prime Rib - rare. What came out was a well done piece of leather. It was served cold and reminded me of Roast Beef. Served with a stuffed potato, which was actually half a potato and more like a hockey puck. Not very good and a total bummer. I posted a picture for reference. Also, if you do not have kids and want a nice date night or any type of couples setting, the dinning room by the salad bar is packed full. It is loud, like ultra super load. However, sitting facing the river is pretty. Just sitting back to back with the next table is annoying. The salad bar all you can eat was great, but pricey. The bar was kept very clean and the contents refreshed constantly. Service was decent, no complaints.

Atmosphere was delightful - quaint and rustic. We were seated by a beautiful picture window overlooking the river. The food was incredible, from tender, juicy, flavorful steak to the perfectly hot blackberry cobbler (just right for two to share). The best part was the wait staff... They were classy and professional and their timing was impeccable. No drawn out waits for the main course or bill, and they didn't hover and try to make too much conversation either. Can't go wrong here!

This Gatlinburg Brewery offers a great selection of local beers that pair well with their menu of American classics. Enjoy a clean atmosphere with prompt service in the Smokies!. family restaurantsfamily restaurantsgatlinburggatlinburg, tntn

When you dine at Smoky Mountain Brewery in Gatlinburg, we recommend eating in the enclosed deck for gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountains. Great food is served up with evening entertainment and their specially brewed beers.

The Smoky Mountain Brewery, completed in 1996, is a well-known eatery less than five minutes from the Gatlinburg Trail Trailhead.

We came here to watch the Falcons game after reading some reviews online we decided to give it a try they have the NFL Sunday Ticket and they also have their locally brewed beers..take a flight or 2! We had the garlic cheesy bread the quesadillas the Philly steak sandwich and the spinach and artichoke dip they were all fantastic.. Paul was our server who was covering multiple areas and he did an absolutely wonderful job and was very attentive.. Chelsea was nice and also checked in on us as well! A very good place to go catch a game grab a brew or just pick up something to eat.

Honest (sober) review… this place had the best wings in town. If you are looking for wings this is the place. Get the blue cheese instead of the ranch for sauce. The pizza didn’t look good but we didn’t try it. The burger on a scale of 10 was about a 6 or 7. The prices were great. I don’t think you could regret it.

Waitress was awesome. The strawberry lemonade was crazy delicious. Now for the food. The steak was cooked so well and it was so tender you could practically cut it with a fork. The pizza well...look at the picture. The t-rex was everything you think of when you think of greasy, meaty, flaky crust goodness. I'm glad they are open late during slow season or else we would have never known about this second floor hangout.

Crawdaddy’s Restaurant & Oyster Bar

Oyster bar restaurant

Restaurant

Cajun classics like po' boys & jambalaya plus steak & pasta in a lively space with nightly karaoke.

Slide 1 of 5

Crawdaddy’s is another restaurant with outdoor seating on a balcony overlooking the street, and nothing provides better entertainment for the kids than watching people on the street below!. We loved this restaurant so much that we wanted to go back and try eating there again, but sadly we ran out of time – this was easily one of our favorite places to eat in Gatlinburg with kids!. Crawdaddy’s specializes in seafood, and we loved the options on the menu.

With a menu built straight from the Hank Williams classic “Jambalaya,” Crawdaddy’s does a good job of bringing a little Cajun flavor to the mountains. What I know about Cajun or New Orleans cuisine is a fair question. Papa’s best friend from the war was a Cajun who’d come to visit Southern Indiana with coolers full of mudbugs, gumbo and other Cajun classics.

My friend and I came from ohio this past week and the first time we were there we had a few drinks and ordered the half pound craw fish which were absolutely delicious and had a wonderful flavor! The drinks were delicious as well and service was spot on. We decided to come back a few days later and ordered the low country boil. Delicious as well. Would highly recommend this place. Inside outside seating is also a plus!

Everything about this experience at Crawdaddy's was TOP NOTCH! From the atmosphere, our waitress Gabrielle was AMAZING, very welcoming, attentive and just down right authentic lady! Can't say enough about her level of service, especially considering it was Christmas Eve and having to work, she was exceptional and made our experience there one we won't forget and definitely will be back for our future visits to Gatlinburg! Now...the food! I'm sad I did not get pics of our starters, which were Oysters on the half shell and Oysters Rockefeller...we went right in, fresh and delicious! Our entrees were exceptional, crab legs were phenomenal, seafood phenomenal! I can not say enough good things about this restaurant and our dining experience! It's a must if you are visiting the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were so excited to eat here after checking out the menu. Walked in nice atmosphere great music cute ballon decor for st pattys day. It took a long time to get out drinks. Then we placed 2 app order. Oysters and crab cakes. Oysters were great. But they tried charging me for two of those tooo. $35... They gave us 2 crab cakes so thought it was 2 per the one app order.. Nope they charged us for two crab cake app. $26.. So thats the price of a steak dinner meal. For a crab cake the size of my 7 year old palm of her hand... Not happy. Go to order my kids meal chicken tenders n frys as she is 7 and very picky.... They were out of chicken tenders ughhh.so literally ordered her a side of fries... We ordered cajun chicken pasta entree... It tasted like there were cleaning chemicals on it ewwwwwww.. We asked for manager page. And sent back food.... Page the manager Came over. She took the meal off bill as should but something else should have been compped as we just ate chemicals ewwww. They tried charging us for lobster rolls that were never ordered orbrought out....I ordered steak n shrimp it was good but ordered side of hushpuppies and garlic bread... My garlic bread never came.... Ordered a st pattys beer.. A crazy green goblin liquor drink came..... Our waiter did not seem to know what he was doing... Ordered lobster bisque soup. Had to rwmind waiter 3 times as it still wasnt brought out... It came 30 min after our entrees were sent to table. It was straight up bisque no lobster very dissappointed... It was like a tomato bisque. The food runner came multiple tines to our table to drop off other peoples food. Our bill came to 150.00 n we left hungry unhappy and disgusted ewwww

Southern restaurant (US)

All-you-can-eat traditional Southern food on a rotating menu & served for all 3 meals of the day.

Slide 1 of 6

At Mama’s, you have no choice but to enjoy a great meal every time!. For a true southern country cooking experience in the Smokies, head to Mama’s Farmhouse in Pigeon Forge. A variety of southern classics such as fried chicken, meatloaf, and country fried steak are all on the menu, but keep in mind that not every entree is available every day.

Mama’s Farmhouse is a great place if you want everyone to eat a hearty meal that will keep them full for several hours!. Each meal is served family style and each day of the week offers a slightly different menu. Kids age 5 and under eat free with a paying adult and kids ages 6-12 eat at a discounted price.

If you or the kiddos are in the mood for some country favorites, Mama’s Farmhouse should be at the top of your list. They serve up the best family style meals you’ve ever had, right at your table. Fried chicken, chicken fried steak, turkey, honey ham and meatloaf are just a few of your choices.

Glad we didn't go to Old Mill Restaurant and decided to go to Mama's Farmhouse Restaurant for lunch. WOW! This place has the best southern food I ever had. From crispy fried chicken to desserts - Banana pudding and Peach cobbler. The biscuit was soft and crispy with home made strawberry jam. All you can eat for $18.99 pp. If you happen to be in Pigeon Ford, you gotta go here. The BEST!!! Feels like grandma's cooking.

Hate to do this to a southern cook’n place, but if you’re going to fly the southern flag, you gotta at least have some southern hospitality. Our server, Bri, don’t know if she had other things going on, but was poor at best. Maybe if she hadn’t written our order on her hand she may have gotten it right…maybe? Look at the salad pics and all the rotten lettuce covered with in ranch. To get started, our table was near the kitchen and there was something that sounded like a squeaky gerbil wheel that was VERY loud. Next we got our plates: look at the pic to see the level of cleanliness. Our order was not correct, but the food we got tasted good, however, the portions were TINY. It comes out family style. The mac and cheese was smaller than Piccadilly for two people. The chicken consisted of two wings and a leg. Look at the pictures to confirm what we were served. Twenty…thirty, minutes later I’m literally still sitting here at the restaurant, waiting for food, including the okra we order and have politely reminded the server of twice.

First let me say the atmosphere and experience was five stars. It really feels like having dinner at an old farmhouse. Very nice southern hospitality from everyone. I only give it four stars because the food is great but doesn't surprise you. If you have a chance to visit, you will enjoy.

On the Historic Nature Trail, the Log Cabin Pancake House has a rustic exterior with a pioneer feel. You’ll find every type of pancake, plus a lunch buffet and country dinners for the family. Enjoy this Gatlinburg restaurant any time of the day!

First thing get there early! Otherwise be prepared to wait. But make sure you do because it is well worth it! Absolutely wonderful environment warm, cozy, and rustic. The wait staff is super friendly and is always happy to help even though they are busy. The food is excellent, the pancakes are exactly that, cakes, not flat almost crepes cakes. The biscuits are homemade, fluffy and full of flavor. The sausage gravy is is flour based, mild and tasty. And the hot chocolate tasted like chocolate not watered down with whipped cream that is cold creamy and sweet! The best part is the prices are reasonable and you get big portions of food. An absolute pleasure to ear here and highly recommend for you breakfast and brunch needs!

Kris was friendly and efficient. We met her after waiting 15 minutes to get into the restaurant and to be seated at her table. She was exceptional!! We each had something different: French toast, pancakes and eggs, pigs in blankets, and scrambled eggs with grits, toast and ham. Rich said the French toast was as good as the best he’s had. Missy enjoyed her pancakes and eggs. Husband wanted more pig (sausage) and less blanket (pancakes). Both were good, but he left no pigs on the plate - only blankets! I enjoyed the grits and eggs, but country ham was too salty for my delicate stomach. Husband and Missy ate it and enjoyed every bite. Toast was toast. It was okay. The prices are moderate, and for the amount of food you get, the prices are excellent! The food is very good. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and efficient. Now I know why locals love this place, and tourists want to eat here, too! Next time, I’m trying the strawberry crepes!

Log Cabin Pancake House’s food and service are amazing! My wife and I visited Gatlinburg last week, and decided to give this restaurant a try. There is usually a wait to get in, but they have a huge covered front porch where the line forms and everyone is sheltered from the sun or rain. The line moves quite fast, I imagine due to the very large seating are inside. The tables are not very spaced out, but they are far enough that you can still fell some privacy in your conversation. Once you get in you’ll be cordially and professionally greeted and escorted to your table. The menu has a vast variety of food suited for all types of diet. The portions are large, the food tastes amazing, and the presentation is great. This is definitely a place we will come back to, and I absolutely recommend it!

Tex-Mex fare & margaritas in a festive atmosphere with sombreros, a bucking donkey & roof patio.

Slide 1 of 6

Loco Burro is a Mexican restaurant right in the middle of the Parkway in Gatlinburg. They have a rooftop bar that overlooks the road, and it’s a great place to not only watch the people on the street below, but to look out over the mountains in the National Park. This place can get crowded and pretty noisy, but we loved the rooftop and the views it offered.

A lively atmosphere is a great way to keep children entertained at dinner, and that is exactly what you will get with Loco Burro. As soon as you enter the restaurant by way of an escalator, you will feel like you are a part of the party. Kids will love the crazy dressed donkey statue in the restaurant that they can get their picture taken with.

Another Mexican restaurant you will want to try while you’re in Gatlinburg is Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina. This is one of the only places in downtown Gatlinburg where you can sit on the rooftop while you eat!. Start out with guacamole or street corn, then get fajitas, tacos, or quesadillas.

Loco Burro was referred to us by a couple residents from that area. Thank goodness we tried it out. The food, atmosphere, decor I mean just everything was amazing. To start off the food was absolutely amazing. We had a couple tequila shots, guacamole made table side, I had chicken fajitas and my husband steak fajitas. It was so delicious, everything taste fresh and authentic. The staff was absolutely wonderful, extremely nice, super attentive. Our waiter made sure we always had our table clean, drinks full and literally to our full service. The place was very clean with great decor. Loco Burro excited our expectations, we definitely recommend to try it out.

Everything was delicious....my daughter loved the chips. They are so thin and airy. The rice was really sticky so I poured some salsa on it and it was perfect. Not sure if it's always sticky or what 🤷‍♀️

Great Mexican food in the Hart of Gatlinburg, it's right on the parkway, place was really nice the staff was very helpful and welcoming, place was busy it was a Friday night we waited 20 minutes for our table, while waiting we grabbed drinks from the bar which were really good. Food was also very good, definitely a place to have some great Mexican food, be careful with the hot salsa, we like really spicy hot food but their hot salsa it's way hot. Overall great experience.

If you and the little ones are craving some good ole barbecue, Bennett’s BBQ is the only place you need to go. They serve the best slow-smoked ribs, beef, chicken, sausage and pork, and they’ve been doing it for 20 years!. They also make homemade fried pickles, mozzarella squares and amazing chicken wings.

If you love hickory-smoked BBQ, Bennett’s is the place to be!. Winner of 2013’s “Best Ribs, Best BBQ in the County”. If you’re craving real, hickory-smoked BBQ during your trip to the Smoky Mountains, then you need to make your way to Bennett’s BBQ in either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

Bennett’s Pit Bar-B-Que is perfect for the BBQ loving family. For breakfast, they offer items from their menu and also an all-you-can-eat breakfast bar. The breakfast bar turns into a soup and salad bar for lunch and dinner.

The food is amazing! Pictured is the combo meal with ribs, smoked sausage, burnt ends, deep fried corn, and spicy mac n cheese! Also pictured is Bennett's baby back ribs, green beans and deep fried corn. Both meals came with biscuits. All the food was great, the atmosphere was nice, and our server was friendly! We will definitely be back for more visits! Best BBQ I've had in the Pigeon Forge area!

After a long morning of hiking in the Smoky mountains we were really looking forward to some good Tennessee BBQ. Alas, we were disappointed. The wings were great, good hickory smoke and plenty drenched in good hot sauce. The fried cat fish was well seasoned and hot. These two items were well made but then those items aren't what a BBQ restaurant should be known for. The pulled pork and brisket were dry. My son jokingly mixed them with the overly liquid mac-n-cheese to eat up as we were famished. The ribs were ok nothing to rave about and definitely not fall off the bone. The basic BBQ sauce was good and so was the Mustard one. D Dessert was decent and we did enjoy the Black Berry Cobbler. Sorry to be going back with memories of mediocre Tennessee BBQ.

Are here 3-4 years ago and the food was so delicious and cooked right. I was really looking forward to eating this time thinking it would be the same, it wasn’t. We both got the bar-b-que combo. The brisket thick and unevenly sliced and so tough we couldn’t eat it and took it back to our hotel for our dog. The smoked sausage was just greasy. I really liked this place when I was here before so I gave them 3 stars but they really need ti get a different cook. Hopefully when I return in a year or two it will be the restaurant it used to be.

Great place, great food. We had breakfast, might go back later for a burger. Lots of love and pride goes into the food they serve!

Atmosphere is hippy, country, christian and so welcoming. The cook signs along with the songs which is fabulous. Food...more please. I asked if I could get a hugh to-go of the cheesey grits!! Everyone in the restaurant was saying nothing but how great their food was including us. Put this place on your must go for breakfast or a burger for lunch.

Wonderful place to eat! Very quaint, but delicious food and genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere and the owners were a pleasure to speak with as well!! The shrimp and grits were off the hook and the Log cabin French toast was a big favorite. Loved it so much that we returned 2 days later and it was consistent with quality, kindness and flavors. They offer delicious classics like pizza and pasta, signature dishes including their generously sized calzones, and tasty cheesecake for dessert.

First time eating here and definitely won't be our last!! Garlic knots were hot and delicious! The pizza was amazing! The crust was thin but just thick enough on the edges and had the perfect amount of crunch! And oh so much cheese! Yummm! And let's not forget all the super friendly employees!

It was good. But not great. The lasagna was 80% cheese and like 5% meat and sauce and 15% pasta. I was literally eating spoon full bites of just cheese. And for $17! Yes, $17 for a bowl of melted cheese and a tiny bit of pasta....So, yes, it was decent, but way over priced for what you get. The garlic rolls were very good though! My son did enjoy his (very greasy) pizza. The fettuccine my daughter had looked pretty bland. Expected better with the reviews and prices.

Best garlic knots ever! They are so good and freshly made everyday. The pizza we ordered was also very delicious. They will customize your pizza anyway you want. Very good prices for food too!

You will enjoy a great view of the Pigeon River from the dining room. They use fresh grains that are ground by the historic Old Mill located next to the restaurant in their dishes. Their kid’s menu is for ages 12 and under and has many classic Southern options.

The Old Mill Restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The food is also really good. We had fried chicken and chicken and dumplings. Our soups were corn chowder and vegetable beef. (The corn chowder has clam juice so those with a seafood allergy be aware). The Old Mill Restaurant has a charming and cozy atmosphere even though it is very busy. Our waitress was very nice and added to our experience. I would recommend being prepared to wait for a little while before being seated.

This time I just ran in to grab a pecan pie to bring back home to my mom - she says they're the best she's ever had. We ate there years ago and it was decent. To me it was a little under seasoned, but a lot of people rave about this restaurant. In the busy summer months the line gets long to get seated, but it moves pretty fast.

Excellent place to eat. While the meals do seem to be expensive at face value at $22 per meal, you quickly find out that it's well worth it. The portions are quite large and each meal comes with a corn chowder, corn fritters, a salad, and a dessert. I don't think you can go wrong with anything you get here. Everything tastes good and comes out nice and hot. Our server, Marta, was excellent and kept on top of keeping the drinks filled up and making sure we were satisfied. Excellent job, I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff.

All meals come with “all you can eat vittles” including homemade coleslaw, baked white beans, choice of french fries or homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, delicious southern hush puppies, dill pickles, and onion slices.

Huck Finn’s is a family owned and operated restaurant, so you know it’s going to be kid friendly. Delicious food, great prices and amazing service, it’s guaranteed to be a great experience. If the kids are picky and aren’t interested in fish…Huck Finn’s has some of the best chicken in Pigeon Forge.

I absolutely love Huck Finn's. Im a local but I don't go often because the traffic is Pigeon Forge is so horrendous 10 months out of the year. Their food is fresh, full of flavor, not greasy, extremely generous portions. The chicken livers are outta sight! The hush puppies are sweet and most like they should be, the file slaw is tart and tangy, but sweet, the white northern beans are so yummy. Just the beans, Cole slaw, and hush puppies are enough to fill you up and they are just the table warmers while waiting on the food you actually ordered. The catfish is light, delicate and full of flavor. Clam strips are perfect. Not tough and stringy. Shrimp is scrumptious too. I love the open spacious dining room and the service is always good. My tab was $34 for all this. Enough to feed three people. I took 2/3 of it home.

Best catfish in East Tennessee. It's always good! Lots of options. All you can eat, too, if you want! Our server was incredibly nice and helped us with any questions we had. They were also great to our kids. Big plus!

What a very cool restaurant. Everything we ordered was great and there was no shortage of food. I couldn't even finish mine. I've never been a huge fan of catfish, but I know now that if I have to eat catfish it's going to be from Huck Finn's. The service was quick and the server was extremely friendly and attentive. I for sure will be back the next time we are in the area.

Had a minor issue with my order and I’ve never been more impressed with how quickly and professionally it was handled. Our food and experience ended up being great, but the awesome service was the best I’ve ever experienced. 10/10 recommend and we WILL be back.

Atmosphere was good. Nice and clean. Not busy. Service wasn't great. Never received napkins or utensils until we asked after our meal came. You get lattice chips instead of fries with orders instead of fries which is I believe $2 more. Food was good. Mine was barely warm. Nothing special really.

Me and my husband visited LandShark Bar & Grill for dinner after a trip to the aquarium. This was a cute restaurant located nearby. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable but the food left us wanting a little more. My husband had the Philly cheesesteak and the meat needed to be seasoned. It was very bland. I had Salmon, mixed veggies and a side Caesar salad which really was a house salad. The balsamic dressing they bought me was delicious. The mixed veggies were a little dry and bland as well and could’ve used some seasoning. The salmon was cooked perfectly but there was nothing Cajun about it. Overall not bad but definitely over priced.

Billed as a food and spirit outpost, Greenbrier offers fine dining in a rustic setting. Greenbrier gets a slight edge in my book for a slightly more daring fine dining menu than some of the other top-end restaurants in the area. Duck breast, lamb shank and stuffed flounder are all delicious options.

We went for a birthday party dinner. We had the cheese board the spinach dip as advertisers. I had a fillet with twice baked potato My friend had half chicken with dressing and green beans. The food was great the service was excellent we were fortunate enough to get Ashley she told us about the cheeses on the cheese board which were all really great cheeses, she explained the menu she is a really pleasant young lady thank you for the great service Ashley. Will be returning soon thank you all for the great experience.

This was our last meal of vacation and it was absolutely incredible! We started off getting cocktails at the bar while waiting for our table. The meal starts off with “spoon bread”, which is like soft sweet corn bread served with butter in a cast iron skillet. The wedge salad was the best I’ve ever had. The cocktails were the most amazing creations. The Dylan cocktail was my favorite by far. Steak was absolutely delicious. Great food, great views, and great service.

This is a very unique and cozy restaurant. I knew I was going to order a lot of food, so David kindly readjusted me to a larger table. My table was close to the corner, overlooking the crisp spring night, the lighting and the ambiance were on point. David was very attentive and knowledgeable about his food, there were some guests that showed up that were a little bit more lively close to 930, David meticulously catered his Service to fit every guest, and tactfully made everybody feel welcome. The food of course was absolutely delicious, David briefed me on the menu, like I was going on Some high steaks mission ( pun intended lol) And the mission was successful. The food speaks for itself, you’ll be happy with anything you order. The portions were absolutely fair for the price, I gained 10 pounds at least lol, just kidding, it was very delicious everything. I was seated within three minutes of my arrival. Nothing but praise for this place

Barbecue restaurant

Diner

Unfussy venue with checkered tablecloths offers a basic menu of smoked meats such as pulled pork.

Slide 1 of 4

A local eatery you should try with your family is Delauder’s BBQ. They have all kinds of southern barbeque favorites, including pulled pork and ribs. You can share fried mac and cheese bites or fried green beans with everyone in your group. For an entree, you can get a platter with your choice of meat and sides, or you can try one of the sandwiches or hot dogs.

This place is small and deceiving. When we arrived, we considered trying some other place. I am so glad we didn't. This family owned restaurant had dynamite flavors. Their BBQ was pretty outstanding. Everyone in there was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meal!

I’ve died and gone to barbecue heaven! Missy was right. This IS the best BBQ in town. Our pulled pork sandwich was so big that I had to split it with Missy. We didn’t put any sauce on our sandwich because it was good as is, and Missy & I had it with slaw on top. First time eating this way, for me. Service was quick and excellent. Prices were good, too. Remember to bring cash - no credit. Very comfortable place to eat. Love the country music.

Good local BBQ restaurant. This is family run local business. Harder to find these days that the place that owner come to have converstion with you while waiting for food. I always looking for local food to visit and their food is real good. Some food kinda too salty to me but this is how they cook and this is how they eat. 5 stars from me. I will definitively come back whenever i visit Galingburg, TN.

Restaurant

Housemade baked goods from grain ground at an on-site mill along with classic Southern comfort food.

Slide 1 of 5

Located in the Old Mill area, this southern homestead turned eatery is one of the most well-known restaurants in Pigeon Forge. As an added bonus, the charming courtyard encompasses all the southern charm you’ve been dreaming of for your country vacation. While here you will dine on handcrafted stoneware, hence the sweet little cafe name.

Their kid’s menu is for ages 12 and under and includes items like fried or grilled chicken tenders, hamburgers, and the Old Mill corn dog. Each meal is served on handcrafted pottery that is made next door at Pigeon River Pottery. Don’t leave without trying their made from scratch breads and desserts!

This is a hidden gem. They have outdoor seating in a beautiful courtyard or go inside to find a spacious restaurant with stone floors. The large menu offers something for everyone. They offer a large lunch menu from the 11:00am-2:00pm Monday through Friday and brunch on the weekends. The food is of the highest quality and delicious. The portions are large and the prices are good. The desserts are excellent as well. Service is very good. I highly recommend this for couples, families or individuals.

I went here while on vacation in Pigeon Forge. I have been here before but wanted to try something different than the shrimp and grits I always get. Trevor was my waiter and he was amazing! He made some recommendations. So I took his recommendation of the stir fry. It was absolutely delicious. It had stir fry chicken and vegetables over a bed of rice. Trevor was friendly and very professional. His customer service was great!! Ask for him! I definitely recommend this restaurant. (Bring a sweater. Sometimes it can be a little cool inside.) Also, be prepared to wait before being seated. It's a popular restaurant.

A hidden gem in Pigeon Forge. Absolutely gorgeous location, amazing service and awesome food. Fresh food, sufficient portions and warm welcome. Yes, there could be a wait but it's worth it. Chicken gumbo with grits was delicious and garden grilled panini was scrumptious. Must visit for everyone!!!

There are more than a dozen burger options available, so go for the classic Original or try the SmokeHouse Burger that comes topped with bacon, cheddar cheese, crispy onion rings and homemade BBQ ranch!. There is a special menu just for the little ones that includes Mini Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken Tenders and Grilled Cheese.

Johnny Rockets is one of the best restaurants in Gatlinburg for kids!. They serve the best burgers and fries you can find. Kids can choose from chicken tenders, grilled cheese, hot dogs, or mini burgers!

This was my favorite of all the places we ate during our visit to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I had really wanted to go to the Sunliner Diner in Pigeon Forge but it was always slammed and I don't care for large crowds, waiting, or cold food. Saw Johnny Rockets while out walking and dipped in for a bite since it wasn't very busy at that moment. The staff was very friendly, courteous, attentive, and quick. The establishment was clean and so much larger than I had expected upon walking in. Loved the 50's decor and vibe! The food was great too!

Vegan shake and vegan burger (bread?) the service was awesome. We had a mishap with our order we wanted the boca patty with mushrooms. We got a chipotle black bean patty instead. I’m sure the employees their aren’t vegetarian/vegan so we appreciated the clarification and patty change. The VEGAN SHAKE was bomb!!!!

After walking Downtown for awhile, we decided to stop off at this Diner around 9pm. Amazing burgers. Sooooo good. Exactly the right fullness we needed after a long day driving up to Gatlinburg. Server was attentive and we did not feel rushed.

What a neat Diner! Some great choices of food. Nostalgic little place! We had the burgers and they were very good. Prices are fair and all the staff were very friendly. Experienced our first ever pay it forward. I went to pay for my meal, and someone paid it. So, I paid for someone else.

My wife and I ate here and the food was very good. I’ve had better hamburgers, but the fries were the best I’ve ever had! The banana split was awesome too. We will definitely eat here again when back in Pigeon Forge.

The food was really good. Very quick to the table . Served all your comfort foods. I has the marinated steak tips very yummy. Definitely recommend coming here for good food at a low price.

Locals have voted this steakhouse the best maker of steaks in the area for six different years. The food here is so good that even the Washington Post recommends it!. Taking the family out to a fantastic dinner just has a way of making you feel like you’re on vacation, and both locations of Alamo Steakhouse offer refined yet casual ambience, friendly service, and delicious food that make them worth a visit.

Alamo Steakhouse is a nice Texas style steakhouse deep in the heart of Tennessee. They serve hand cut steaks and even homemade soups and sauces. They offer a kid’s menu for ages 10 and under with generous sized portions and a dessert with each meal.

First time here and it was great! First off our waiter Felix was attentive and great! They did phenomenal with my food allergies! A slight mishap with a under cooked steak but the manager swiftly brought out a new one cooked perfectly! I don’t recommend the shrimp cocktail if you enjoy shrimp cocktails. Salads were great! I ordered “The Steak” and thoroughly enjoyed, my girlfriend ordered the fried shrimp which she said was also great! A great meal for 2 for under $100 with tip!

Our server, Tim was amazing! "The Steak" was melt in your mouth.... DELICIOUS flavor and it was huge. Baked potato and salad were delicious as well. Atmosphere was great. Service was fast and on point. Hands down best steak I've ever had.

Pictured are "The Steak", in medium and medium-well, a 30 ounce bone-in ribeye ($38 comes with salad and choice of side). Garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and rolls. The steaks here are always great, well-cooked and tasty. The honey butter for the rolls are really nice! We also added the mushrooms for our steaks. Our server was very nice. Sawyer's Farmhouse Breakfast

Breakfast restaurant

Restaurant

Kitschy, locally owned daytime eatery known for its down-home American breakfast specials.

Slide 1 of 5

Kids and adults alike love pancakes, but that alone doesn’t necessarily make Sawyer’s Farmhouse Restaurant one of the top places to eat in Pigeon Forge for kids. Their breakfast offerings for kids are quite generous, but they’ll probably want to try the chocolate chip pancakes. But they’re really more like double chocolate chip pancakes with peanut butter when you throw in chocolate pieces and peanut butter syrup to the masterful kid mix.

Sawyers serves up some pretty mean burgers and chicken sandwiches, but breakfast is where they really shine!. They offer a wide variety of crepes, pancakes, and waffles in many decadent flavors. Of course, they also serve omelets, eggs, and biscuits with gravy, a southern staple!

Breakfast was awesome. Service was great. No complaints here. Everyone really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was log cabin bases like so much here. Would recommend this to anyone. Everyone ate and filled up on the deliciousness.

Stopped in for breakfast on Sunday at about 10am and the wait was 35 minutes. Service was pleasant and fast. Ordered the Sawyers Mountain Man breakfast. Pancakes were great, the biscuits were awesome. The meat was okay, very very small sample of meat. Ham was paper thin and dry, sausage was also dry. I would try again when in the area.

Food/drinks We ordered : - sweet iced tea - strawberry crepes - chocolate chips waffles(2) - Potatoes - eggs & sausage Lets start off by saying the service is super great and the service we got that day was beyond what we expected! Everyone was so nice at this brunch spot and we had to wait a bit to get in, but it was definitely worth waiting for! They seat us by an open area and we ordered iced teas, the iced teas are tremendously good’ I’ve never had an iced tea brewed fresh this good. It was a little on the sweeter side, but I didn’t mind the sweetness. We ordered everything listed up on top and the best thing we ate was the potatoes. The potatoes were such a good balance for everything else that we ate since the majority that we ordered was just sweet. Since they are a farmhouse, they do source great eggs & it tasted super fresh. Chocolate waffles were good, but I’ve honestly had better. Crepes weren’t the best, I didn’t expect them to look or taste like that. Here’s individual ratings for everything! Tea : 10/10 GET THIS! Crepes: 7/10 Waffles : 8/10 Potatoes : 11/10 GET THEM eggs :) pretty solid eggs, yummy and fresh. None the less, the service was outstanding. Most importantly, we were treated well with respect and they even asked us about our rating on the food. I would highly recommend coming here for breakfast or even lunch. 9/10, great atmosphere, great ambiance, great staff, yummy food! They gave us free cards to get free fudge next door’ how sweet. :) loved the experience!

If you’ve got kids who are learning about music and are really interested in music, Hard Rock Cafe is a must. Hard Rock Cafe has the world famous Rock Shop where you can purchase Hard Rock Cafe and rock and roll memorabilia. Outside of the Rock Shop, you’ll find items from Taylor Swift Ramones, Dolly Parton and much more!

Service was fantastic, and our food was nailed perfectly. It was on the pricy side, BUT it was worth it. My burger was remarkable, as I am still thinking about it! We enjoyed the atmosphere, and energetic staff. Definitely make reservations though! We attempted to walk in the evening before, and they were packed. Also- if you’re a Bloody Mary lover… get ya one! Or two!

Food was good and service was good. They are just like everyone else at this time and need more help. However, our food did come out pretty quickly. If you are looking for something spicy, don't order Diablo Burger. Menu claims it is spicy but it had very minimal spice.

The customer service and food here was great! Out waitress, Crystal, took very good care of us. She was very attentive and came to check on us often. The food was delicious as well. It was a bit overpriced for the food options but we were on vacation sooo... Anyhow, it was our first visit to a Hard Rock Cafe and it was good.

Slide 1 of 5

This small little eatery has gained quite a bit of notice from locals and tourists alike since it opened a few years ago. The Lil Black Bear Cafe is a small business open for breakfast and lunch, but it’s a big hit with the kids and worth including as one of the top places to eat in Pigeon Forge for the little ones. The owner is very caring and lets kids do some coloring to be featured on their Facebook page as members of the Color the Bear Club.

A favorite for both breakfast and lunch, guests rave about the pancakes, which are thankfully served all day!. Head on over to their Facebook page to read all of the numerous reviews citing them as, “the best pancakes I’ve ever had.” Now that’s a good pancake!. If you hate pancakes (what?!), the cafe also serves a variety of other American breakfast foods, as well as soups, salads, and yummy baked goods.

OMG O.0 seriously the BEST meal we’ve had yet here, and we’ve been to some good spots, but not like this. Just another reason to seek out the smaller “hidden gems” in your town or while traveling. Food is fresh and made with attentive love. It shines through in simple dishes that will keep you smiling long after you’ve finished. I had the “Rocky Top Bologna Sandwich” and my wife had one of the daily specials, “Pineapple and Coconut French Toast”. AMAZING!!! Definitely making this our daily breakfast/lunch spot for the rest of our time here.

One of the best meals I've had in a long time biscuits and gravy were delicious, Texas French toast was light and fluffy. A recommend if you want to eat delicious food. Once u eat here u will see why the Lil Black Bear Cafe is blessed.oh did I mention that it could be difficult to get a seat.

AMAZING PLACE!!!!!! Small mom and pop shop with the best service I've ever experienced in a restaurant. We got the Smokey Mountain Squealer with chips, absolutely delish. Hole in the wall places are always the best and this place is no exception. It's definitely a place that's ran with love.

Most kids love pizza, so you should stop by Slice Pizza Company since it’s one of the best places to eat in Gatlinburg with kids. This restaurant is unique because they serve huge slices of pizza that will fill everyone up!. Grab a slice of cheese, pepperoni, or specialty pizza to share.

For another place with both food and fun, head to Slice Pizza Bakery. Who doesn’t love pizza?. At Slice Pizza Bakery, you can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine right in the heart of Gatlinburg.

This place has awesomely, huge slices of pizza!!! I mean they take up the whole plate and then some! Tasted great also! I think one slice was $7, but totally worth it….I left full!! Plus this place was right inside where you go to ride up the Space Needle! So tasty AND convenient! They had a few tables to sit at, luckily we were fortunate enough to snag one! Would definitely eat here again!!

It’s just so big!! It’s not the BEST pizza I’ve had in my life, but it was good! It’s HUGE and just $7! I would’ve loved some garlic butter to dip (the crust was brushed with it), but I didn’t think about it until I left so idk if they have it. The man told me it was about $60 for a whole cheese. Def worth it! I forgot to actually describe the pizza! The crust is thin-ish, texture like a deep dish on the bottom, crust was crunchy. Plenty of cheese and pepperonis were well distributed.

My honey saw the huge pizzas in the window while we were walking the strip and he wanted a slice before going back to the hotel room. We were sitting outside the display window watching a bearded fellow make the pizzas. Well, we watched this guy put 2 dried up, old and crusty looking pieces of pizza back in the oven for a minute before pulling them out and giving them to this little old couple at the counter despite a freshly made pizza being right there and available. We thought that was gross and deceitful so we decided to skip getting a slice.

Another local restaurant in Gatlinburg is New Orleans Sandwich Company. The owner is from Louisiana, so the food is truly authentic. You can get classic dishes, such as red beans and rice or jambalaya.

This place is a little mom and pop style restaurant with great service! The chicken fingers were delicious they were cooked perfectly tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the inside, the fries were great, the gumbo was delicious a bit of spice and you can tell it was cooked for a long time all the flavors were in every bite and the meats were all soft and tender, went great with the bread. My husband said the jambalaya was very spicy, but he liked it so much he brought it home and ate it. It was great! I'd definitely go back.

Only a few words are needed here: it just NEVER disappoints. Every year, with the exception of 2020, I'm in town and must stop by to visit this restaurant. My favorite will ALWAYS be the Roast Beef and Fries, in the smothered gravy. Add red beans and rice and now fried pickles will push you over the edge. Glad they survived the pandemic and already planning my trip next year!

Absolutely amazing. Loved the food. Within our family we had the Kids Fish Plate, By Water Club Sandwich, Seafood Gumbo, Fish Po Boy, Roast Beef Po Boy. Everything was great. We even bought another bowl of Seafood Gumbo and Crawfish Etouffee. Club sandwich was huge and delicious, especially with a side of Seafood gumbo. We will be back everytime we are close.

As you’re being seated at the Frizzle Chicken Farmhouse Cafe, it’ll be hard not to notice the many animatronic characters singing silly songs. It’ll also be difficult not to laugh at what they’re singing, and the kids will giggle along with you as you enjoy a hearty meal at this relatively new establishment in Pigeon Forge that earns its recognition as one of the top places to eat in Pigeon Forge for kids.

We visited on an early morning. Didn't really know anything about it, but found that it was a really cute, themed restaurant. There are animated chickens above each of the booths and at given times they sing songs. It was a cute little show and the kids in the restaurant really loved it! And the food was great too!

Food - Great Breakfast Food. Loved it. Great price. Not a ton of options, but it is breakfast and what they do, they do great! Service - Great! We didn't wait very long to be seated or to get our food. Theme - We were there for little under an hour and the chickens only sang twice. That might be enough some people, but it's the freakin singing chicken place! I wanted more chickens!

We went early when they first opened and spent about an hour there, the chickens only sang once which was a bummer because that’s what we went for. The kids loved the little show that we did get. The menu is small for breakfast options, but the food was great. Biscuits and gravy and chicken and waffles got rave reviews in our group. The Cinnabon pancakes were HUGE, sweeet and very filling!

Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen does it all in true Southern fashion!. You get great hospitality and delicious Southern family style meals. Your family gets to choose different options from the menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Five stars for comfort food! We thought it was so delicious. And we didn't know until after we ordered our food that it was family style and all you can eat. First serving was enough, although we ordered a little bit more anyway. And the desserts were to go. And we're still working on them two or three days late. The butter cake is amazing! The restaurant is in a section of town called The Island. Paula Deen rocking chairs all around these dancing fountains which dance to great songs every half hour. Plenty of rocking chairs for everyone. Sat there for hours on two nights. One night we drove the car and the next night we rode our bikes from the RV Park. Beautiful weather. Perfect. Also around the corner from the dancing waters was a little stage where they seem to always have a bluegrass band playing. Great music. Lots of banjo guitar and mandolin picking...

We had a wait of about 30-45 minutes, and it went by quickly. They text you when you're table is ready, so you can spend time browsing their store or enjoying the outdoors while you wait. Our service was quick and friendly. We were first served cheesy, garlic biscuits which were delicious. They were soft with just enough crispiness. Their potatoes and creamed corn were good. The black eyed peas and Mac n cheese were just okay. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, but the fried pork chop just tasted like fried oil. The peach cobbler was delicious. It was warm, sweet, and the right amount of crispy on top. I'd recommend stopping in for this experience at least once.

I loved the family style dining! We had the ribs and pot roast which were, tender, juicy, and delicious. We got 4 sides, mac n cheese, green beans, yams, and mashed potatoes. The yams were so good, sweet as a dessert. We got a nice seat by the big windows. They had a large dining room and lots of large tables to fit large parties. We will return!! Heads up...the linen napkins will leave lots of white lent on your pants...you can ask for a lent roller at the host desk.

You and your family can take your bucket back to your cabin or drive a few miles to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and enjoy your lunch there.

Everything at Mama’s Chicken Kitchen was delicious and I’ll be sure to come again and try something else before our trip is over. My wife and I also appreciated the outdoor seating because we were able to bring our dog and sit outside. I ordered the leg and thigh meal and got the green beans and chicken and dumplings for my two sides. It also comes with a biscuit with some jam, my plate came with strawberry but they also have other flavors. Had to take a photo of pop and the kids, too. 🤠

Service was decent. I have no true complaints there. The food....the food was unloving. I travel a good amount and this is not the worst establishment but its definitely the worst food preparation I've seen in a bit. The chicken was half cooked and the Mac n cheese was STONE COLD. After spending $80 I am taking the loss financially but would think twice my next time in gatlinburg.

Fast friendly service. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Looks like 2 different restaurants from outside but it's actually one large one. We ordered 2 grilled cheese kids meals, a hot dog kids meal, the 10 piece bone in honey barbecue wings and a grilled chicken on Texas toast. The food was so delicious. It came out super fast and I liked that they bring it out to you. I got a side of mashed potatoes and they were definitely homemade and creamy just how I like them. So good. 11/10 would recommend, will recommend, and will definitely be back.thank you for such great customer service in such trying times, where customer service is basically non existent.

We had a great experience here! Very short wait and friendly staff at the door! Our server, Richie, was prompt to our table. He got our drink orders, offered us some nice options and returned with them quickly. We took a little time as first time guests to look over the menu but he was so awesome in getting the kids orders in and out to us quickly. He explained the beer flight to my husband in depth and it was fun! I also asked for a frozen drink which was good and he was sweet about the option. The food was really good. Everything we had was super flavorful. The fried pickles and potato salad were my favorites. My husbands steak was so good ad well. The kids loved their food and ate most all of it. Richie was so polite and just perfect timing with our table the entire visit. It was such a nice experience after a long day out with our two boys both under the age 6. I highly recommend this place and him as a server! Richie was great and Smoky Mountain Brewery is somewhere we will have to visit again.

Food was good, service was slow. I am not really bothered by the service speed due to how busy they were. The only real complaint I have is they blame their staffing concerns on a labor shortage and not their inability or unwillingness to pay a competitive wage and hang signed all over the restaurant about it. Beyond the tacky political staffing photos the atmosphere was really nice. The Trivia was a bit distracting but gave an overall positive vibe.

This was an unexpected surprise in Pigeon forge. Most places in the area were closed so we tried it out at 9:45pm. The onion ring appetizer is huge and was great, not too bready, but crispy and good onion flavor. Everyone but my wife ordered different burgers and all came out cooked as ordered and delicious. I accidentally ordered the wrong burger (my fault) and the waiter brought me a new burger after the kitchen was closed even after I told him he didn’t need to. The pizza my wife ordered was far better than most we have gotten at Italian or pizza restaurants. We are coming back for the pizza. To top it all off, the prices were very reasonable and not what you would expect of a tourist area. Live music was a bit loud for a family dinner, but exactly what I would have wanted for a night without the kids. Overall, This has been the best restaurant we have been to in Pigeon Forge

Quaint restaurant right outside the main strip in Gatlinburg. The food was wonderful. We had garlic knots and catfish bites appetizer. Entrees included sirloin, salmon, and spaghetti with meatballs. Everything was delicious. The catfish was hands down the best for me, but my daughter said the steak was one of the best she has ever had. Worth the visit!

Cool rustic setting. I loved how the water came off the roof. It was like sitting inside a fountain. There was no staff shortage. Staff were friendly and helped each other out. Although the menu isn't large, chef accommodated my vegetarian diet. I got the deep fried mushrooms as an appetizer. They were delicious. They also make their own dressings. Highly recommend.

This was a surprise!! My husband and I were looking for something away from the downtown bustle. This is situated along a creek and the view is lovely. Our waiter Ben was FABULOUS! I got the meatball and mozzarella bake and it was delicious. The portions were so huge, I have enough for 2 more meals! We also had the peanut butter pie for dessert. So good! We were just so pleasantly surprised by the food, the portions, the service, the view...all of it. We had a great time!

This was our first time to eat here so wasn't quite sure how it would be. That said, we were told it would an hour and a half wait, but 15 to 20 minutes later we were seated. We started off with the Fried Pickles, very good, only complaint was they were a little too salty, otherwise, excellent. The Country Fried Steak was amazing, one of the best I've had, along with the Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. Bother of those were the best I've had in a restaurant. My wife had the Aloha Burger, with Loaded Baked Potato. The burger looked great and meat was excellent, and everything else on it was excellent according to her as was the potato. To finish it off we had the Chocolate Addiction Cake, so moist and delicious! Definitely a treat! It was hard to eat everything there was so much food, and we ended up taking a big part of the cake with us! The staff from the hostess to waitress and those who brought out food were very friendly and helpful. Our waitress Angelina was so sweet and helpful and on top of everything our whole visit, never had to ask for refills, and was always checking in on us! You definitely need to put this place on your list to visit if you haven't, you won't regret it!

This is my new favorite place! My boyfriend and I split full rack of ribs and steak ( Hawaiian style) so tender, flavorful and definitely worth the money!! Our server was so personable and very attentive she earn extra when tipping! Oh, I should mention that the watermelon crawl and peach were exceptional!! Good job mixologist!! The atmosphere was good and no long wait during busy car show. So, 5 stars Fast seating Friendly service Quality Food Value Clean- atmosphere warm 👍

Some of the best food I have had in a long time. I had the Hawaiian ribeye perfectly cooked to my taste, juicy, and had a wonderful full flavor. All of this with a great price for the amount of food. The server was attentive and was willing to help the customer more than the bottom dollar of the company. An extremely positive trait for an amazing restaurant.

Enjoy a delicious trout dinner at this unique Gatlinburg restaurant!. The trout served here are local rainbow trout, farmed in the pristine waters of the Smoky Mountains. family restaurantsfamily restaurantsgatlinburggatlinburg, tntn

Great Food! Amazing Fast Service on a busy Gatlinburg Saturday night approx 8 p.m. seated immediately and served, eating in just 10-15 min or less from time of arrival. Free Parking is a Plus. It is directly across the street for the most part. The Trout options are endless but they also have other great seafood and chicken options. I had shrimp an my son had grilled chicken/2 breasts w rice plus 2 sides. Appetizers were great also. I had the trout balls an they were way better than most crab cakes /balls but prepared similarly w exception of really good trout in place of crab

My first impression when we walked in is that this restaurant looks pretty cozy as it has a cabin-like interior decor. We went on a Wednesday evening, which is not as busy as a weekend for sure, so we were basically seated right away. The waitress was very attentive to us, there wasn't one time where I felt like I was waiting for service. They're really nice, too, asking us about where we're traveling from and they had a nice conversation with us. When we sat down, we got a basket of hand-cut potato chips and hush puppies, served with a cup of sweet and sour sauce. We asked about the menu, and it sounded like the items on the trout section of the menu were sorted by popularity. The first item in the trout section, named the "Eisenhower", is their house special. We ordered one of this dish and also their Grilled Rainbow Trout. Both dishes were great! Personally, however, I'm particularly sensitive to fish bones, and there were a few of them on the sides next to the side fins, but overall it wasn't that many bones and it was still a great tasting fish! Each trout dish comes with two side dishes. The Eisenhower and a few other trout dishes come with one side dish built in, so you're actually going to get three side dishes with those. The two of us actually didn't order any appetizers or dessert and we still felt full when we finished our meal.

First let me say that the parking for this restaurant is across the street from the actual restaurant. I visited here with my family and I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem. As the name suggests they specialize in trout but I actually had the fried shrimp served in a bed on rice with a side of fries. Homemade potato chips and hush puppies are complementary additions that precede the meal. Our server Donna was wonderful. I can't say enough about her. One of the hallmarks of wonderful service is never having to ask for your drink to be refilled and the service was excellent. The food arrived quickly and hot. Everyone in my party was pleased with their meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Three Jimmy's Good Time Eatery

BBQ & hearty American meals served in a down-home setting with a covered patio & regular live music.

Slide 1 of 4

Next on our list of family friendly restaurants in Gatlinburg TN is Three Jimmy’s. Start out with beer battered mushrooms or fried jalapenos served with ranch. You can get pulled pork, ribs, chicken pot pie, and so many other great entrees.

Photos only show part of our wonderful food and the entertaining singer/musician who was talented and unique!! Thanks to all at Three Jimmy's for our highly pleasant and memorable evening! Be sure to have "Yohan" if possible for your most lively server experience.

A local bar and restaurant mainly for local and long-term cabin rentals away from the main strip. They have a stage for live singers, large bar, tables, and booths. They table section can hold a larger party, and they have an outdoor dining area as well. They are located on the side of the shopping center but have good parking to their side. The inside gives a vibe of remodel 70s restaurants. A meal will probably be $12 for adults. Some items are higher and lower. The menu is higher than the normal bar fare that goes beyond burgers, wings, and pizza to include steak, brisket, and ribs. I would say think of Applebees but with a handmade element.. So they have wings, but they aren't just fried but marinaded and smoked, which gives the food a depth with those extra steps.Their beers are very reasonable compared to the strip. It is a great alternative to fighting tourist trap restaurants with limited parking spaces.

The food was great, especially those moonshine cinnamon apples. We ate there for lunch, but it looks like a fun place for live music. Our waitress was great and our food came out quickly. They did tell us that they were out of pizza and sirloin before be ordered. Everything tasted great, for sure worth the visit.

When your sweet tooth hits, nothing satisfies quite like some hand-made ice cream, and Mad Dog’s Creamery and Donuts has just the cure.

This is a fantastic ice cream shop! Great variety of creative treats, hard scoop, soft serve, cotton candy and tons more. I got the shaved ice, and it was huge! The ice cream on a cloud was a big time favorite for my kids. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, great experience and a must stop!

Great ice cream stop! Helpful staff that let us try ice creams before our finally choice🤗 They also helped us with our coupons. Potions where very nice and prices are reasonable. The banana split looked just as good as it tasted. The black cherry ice cream was deliciousness!

Hands down the best ice cream in the mountains!!! Dont waste time or money at the other places, this is THE PLACE to get ice cream! We love the hot fudge sundaes! Been coming here for 30yrs!

Lee was an amazing server. Great personality, great food, and even better service. As busy as it was (nye weekend), Party of 9, and staggered guests the whole experience was great. He even brought out a cake for the birthday girl! He also gave his recommendations and best sellers which were ordered. The pear cider was really good so was the hillbilly punch. He sang and let everyone know it was her birthday which added to the fun. Highly recommend asking for him. Would def recommend going. Expect a LONG wait time. Understand that it is a popular restaurant in a very busy area. We got real lucky it was less than the quoted 1.5-2 hr wait. Most restaurants were about the same wait time down the strip. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for the great and memorable experience.

Food was pretty good. Service was good, though our server was nice but seemed a little flustered with a larger group with loud kids. Menu has good options. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely give it another visit. The restaurant is on second floor and we had to leave our stroller downstairs to climb the stairs. Just a heads up because we aren't sure if they have an elevator.

This place was a pleasant surprise. I can't believe all the time we've came to Gatlinburg we've never tried it before now. Our server Amy was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. We had an excellent view of the parkway. The food was excellent. Definitely a good place to eat at!!!

Sandwich shop

Caterer

Easygoing counter-service chain known for its sandwiches, stuffed baked potatoes & sweet tea.

Slide 1 of 4

159 E Wears Valley Rd, Pigeon Forge 865-908-3713www.pigeonforgedeli.com. This family-owned deli is known for its larger than life sandwiches, served on soft homemade bread and sub rolls. They also offer deliciously gourmet soft pretzels, again made from scratch.

Two stars because their attitudes were pleasant near the end of cloosing. However, my order choose 2 were horribly wrong. Charged for a drink even though I showed the free tea reward, she said don't worry about it. So I paid, had to ask for a receipt. Saw I was charged, asked supposedly it was reverse. My half chicken club sandwich had a small piece of chicken on one fourth with no bacon and bacon on the other fourth without chicken. Asked for no olives (allergies) and I have extra olives. It is now the next morning (11:44) and no one is answering. I still have the potato in my mini fridge. Update: The manager Debbie was great. She rectified my order quickly! The food was great!

I usually enjoy McAlisters quite a bit, but I have to say this is the worst location I’ve ever ordered from. I paid $2.55 for a chocolate chip cookie. They sent the tiny one that comes with the kids meal. 2 of our orders, we ordered sides of Mac n cheese with and it is literally soup. And to top everything off, no utensils.

They’re deleting bad reviews…. There’s no quality control and no respect for their customers, but deleting people’s honest opinions of their establishment is a different kind of low. Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my life. Literally go anywhere else on the strip… Visited Cheddars the next day right down the road and had a much better experience both in service and taste. P.S. Avoid if you’re LGBT+ unless you want to hear derogatory language.

Pancake restaurant

American restaurant

Down-home joint serving breakfast plates & lunch fare such as burgers, sandwiches & salads.

Slide 1 of 3

This place is a small hole in the wall spot that is so so good. I have to take a trip here everytime I go to Gatlinburg! I got the homemade fried buffalo chicken sandwich, my friend got the BLT and fried green tomatoes. Each and every bite delish! They have wonderful cappuccinos there too, they are also famous for their Apple Pancake but bring your appetite for that it's huge!!

The place is very simple, looks like something things should be rehab so don't expect fancy and perfect looking interior, but is not why we came for? , it's breakfast and try some food. I visited this spot around 10:50 am and first I was informed I needed to wait for 15 minutes, ok no a big deal, after about 10 minutes I have a table coffee came right the way and I made my order simple choice, but I decided to try signature apple pancakes! So be aware of the missing stuff in the kitchen or my pancakes, was so long made?.... 40 minutes of waiting for food, [this was the longest wait for food in my restaurant history] people who came same time like I was there have food 10 minutes before me?! ok my food finally arrived and my eggs were made simply nothing crazy in a positive way but warm! And these huge pancakes! OMG if I will warn about size, I'm wondering if the waitress should tell me, this thing is huge maybe you should try something smaller since you here by yourself, but my mistakes for future ask for size if you ordering here because you never know if you will still hungry or taking with you a lot of food.?. After all, food was warm and tasted not bad at all.

We really liked this place because the apple pancake “cake” and cinnamon roll were excellent. Our kids really enjoyed them. My husband wasn’t too thrilled with his ham, thought it was was too salty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They gave us enormous glasses for drinks.

Ice cream is another classic kid treat, and Marble Slab Creamery will keep your kids loving it after a visit. This place earns a spot on the top places to eat in Pigeon Forge for kids, because they can watch as they mix the ice cream and then choose whatever toppings their hearts desire. It’s a winning combination that gets better when it’s time to eat this cool treat!

First timer to Marble Slab in Pigeon Forge. Tyler was very friendly and helpful as was the other ladies working. Had a great experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back…. The ice cream was amazing

We had a wonderful experience tonight. We had great service from the young men working this evening. They were polite, patient while we made our choices and quick in making our orders. It's nice to see young people working and treating others well. The ice-cream was delicious.

I've been to a Marble Slab Creamery before. This was my wife's first time and she loved it. It was her favorite ice cream stop we made all week. You basically build your own ice cream. Start with a base flavor and add toppings then they roll it all in together. Delicious.

Let me first start by saying our server Miss Lisa Shults was PHENOMENAL. She was kind and personable. She made sure we had everything we needed even before we knew we needed it! 🙂 The food was delicious and hot. They offer buffet and menu options. We tried both. They have THE BEST BACON I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! I highly recommend you give them a try.

Most of our party got the buffet. The pancakes that were ordered could have been put together on the buffet. Food was just okay for us. Very nice people. Only waited 15 minutes to be seated. Not bad. Party of 5. 2 kids and 3 adults.

Do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant! We spent our vacation in Pigeon Forge and visited Reagan’s House of Pancakes for breakfast. During the busiest hours for the season, we didn’t have to wait long at all and our table was ready 15 minutes before the quoted wait time. Our server Iris was truly amazing and far exceeded what the perfect waitress would be. She was quick, efficient and extremely friendly. She was also very welcoming and had the best personality. The service is unmatched. All the staff truly care about your experience. You can tell making the customers feel satisfied (and fed) is their main priority. The food is was so yummy – everything we ate was super flavorful, hot and there was a great variety to choose from, which satisfied all 5 of our party. The best breakfast we had while in Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend! Iris deserves all the recognition for her above and beyond service!!

Chicken Guy is also one of the best restaurants in Gatlinburg for kids because it features an awesome menu and some incredible milkshakes!. While your children choose from Chicken Tenders, Grilled Cheese or Mac Daddy Mac ‘N’ Cheese, you’ll enjoy selecting from the menu of chicken tenders, signature sandwiches, salad bowls and shareable sides!. Once you’re done with your meal, finish up with one of the unique milkshake flavors, such as Triple Double Mint, Oreo or Apple Cinnamon Cereal!

Went on what seemed the most busiest day ever in Gatlinburg, door was out the door but moved very quickly. The fries were good. The chicken was good but almost sealed like it needed a tad bit of seasoning. But I’d eat again but maybe not come on a busy time. Lady cleaning dining area was very friendly and helpful. It’s good and comparable to other chicken places. Not my top but is close. The garlic sauce was the bomb! My wife liked the donkey sauce. I think next time I may use the mobile / online ordering. Oh yea the chicken planks are good sized!

After watching the recent show on Food Network my girlfriend and I were excited to try Chicken Guy. The ordering process went well but it took 10 minutes to get our food. The food was good but I don't think it was Guy quality. The chicken was okay but was not packed with enough breading and didn't have the crunch that UT should have. I will say that the sauces I tried were on point. I understand everyone can have an off day so I will give it another try.

I thought it was gonna be a bad first trip. In line to get my drink and two employees push their way by 3 people so they could get a drink. After that everything went good we ended up trying 9 or 10 sauces all of them was good. Even tho we got the sauces the chicken tenders and fries really doesn't need any they are good without sauce.
