Ranni the Witch is a major NPC in Elden Ring. When you first encounter her, she will introduce herself to you as Renna, and will then give you the Spirit Calling Bell, which allows you to summon spirits. The next time you meet her will be at the Three Sisters location, where she will reveal her true name to be Ranni. From then on Ranni’s new location is going to be at Ranni’s Rise. However, at a certain point, Ranni can no longer be at her tower there, seemingly missing. Understandably, players are confused over what they need to do to get her to once again spawn there. It is at this point that Ranni can go missing from her tower. So, how to fix this and get Ranni to once again appear there? Well, what you need to do is to first kill Starscourge Radahn. This boss can be found at Redmane Castle, a location in the Caelid region of the game. We don’t have to tell you that, like any other boss battle in Elden Ring, Radahn is a very tough enemy to beat. But once you do manage to pull this off, then Ranni should once again be back at her Ranni’s Rise tower. If Ranni is still not appearing there after this, then some players have reported that they have managed to get Ranni to spawn there again by using the Absolution feature in Elden Ring. Very early in your exploration of Elden Ring world you will find out that you need to prepare your character for different tasks. You'll need to learn how to use Ashes of War, how to two-hand weapons, or use magic spells during the course of your adventures. I've asked a couple of my friends and they keep saying she's their for them , I've tried reloading the game and fast traveling to get her to appear but it has not worked. I used the Celestial dew and finished Blaidds questline, then met Iji the giant finished his dialog and went back to Rannis tower and "poof" she was there. Blaidd and Iji are both servants of hers so I'm thinking that was my problem. level 1 She doesn’t appear for me either, and I’m done absolution as well. level 1 I'm meeting her for the first time after advancing a bit into the game. U must have begun his quest first that s why she says only those things to u. Same happened to me... level 1 Request absolution and she will come back. level 1 it seem you need to kill Radahn first for this. level 2 My friend hasn't killed radahn and she's there for him level 1 im not sure cuz to me i just fought a dragon outside then went in and found her.. also i finished caria manor next to her before going there... and yeah shes just there at the top level 1 Weird I kinda skipped stuff and went up there and she was there and I declined what she offered(I had no clue about covenants) still don't first souls game. Now she isnt there after beating the academy boss level 2 Make sure that you did blaidd questline . It's necessary for her.
level 1 I've tried everything she still won't appear level 2 You ever figure this out? I killed Radahn but now also further into the game. At the mountains. level 1 Did not talk to her in the church first time, went to round table & got spirit bell there. Your first opportunity to meet the witch Ranni comes very early on. After you obtain your horse, Torrent, from Melina, you should head to the Church of Elleh at night. You should find Ranni there waiting for you. Speak with her.
Where to find Ranni after she leaves her tower?Ride past the dragon and travel to the west of the field, where you'll find Ranni's Rise. Go to the top, and you'll find Ranni in her chamber, where she'll solicit your services. Accept her request, then go downstairs to meet her three other servants: Iji, Blaidd and Seluvis.
