Why wont my Turtle Beach headset pair with my Xbox?

Why wont my Turtle Beach headset pair with my Xbox?

As of last week my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 wont pair with my Xbox or my pc ( Xbox adapter ). I’ve tried reset them to factory settings on the windows app and no avail. Every time I try and pair them the green light just flashes constantly and sometimes when I hold the pairing button in it powers off the headset. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated

Why wont my Turtle Beach headset pair with my Xbox?

Mine do this now too. How did all of a sudden everyone start getting these issues? Sometimes now it even turns on and turns off now if I don't have it get connected to my iPhone. Regardless it shuts off when it does go on when I go to pair. When it doesnT do THAT it will not pair. Like fuck. This is stupid. Waiting on reply from support still.

Using these on my Xbox One S for a while now. All of a sudden they won’t connect. Firmware 2.3.8 is the last available and the one I have.

Tried the connect buttons, like controller. First the Xbox then the TB. Then I tried first the TB the the Xbox. Then I plugged the TBs in to the Xbox for charging and tried both ways. Rebooting is no help either. Turning Bluetooth off on the TB to try without the extra signal isn’t helping.

This is ridiculous.

Ive got the same problem except most of the time mine turns off before i can even get the leds flashing like pair mode. I just emailed the support today and sent an email with my details. We will see how this goes ive read where some people get them replaced by TB some dont

I got mine replaced even outside of warranty. I did have to pay to ship to them but 10 bucks to replace is better than a brick. I urge all of you talking to tb about this to ask if there is anything we can do to prevent this from happening again. I read stories where the replacements suffer the same fate! I was talking to Sampson from customer support. A few back and forths.then i asked how to prevent the issue and if it was fixed in newer or different models. I got no response so ive sent two more emails to try to get some kind of an answer. If i dont these will be the last tbs on my head.

I went ahead and sent a message to support, too.

They used to work. One day they did not connect to the Xbox. I tried pairing manually. First the headset, then the Xbox. Then I tried the Xbox first and then the headset. Neither actually connects. I have the audio hub software on my Mac. This is how I updated the firmware originally, when everything was working. The iPhone app connects quickly via bluetooth. Since this issue, I decided to recheck my headset in the Audio Hub app while plugged into my computer. I restored the headset to their original settings and made certain that I was indeed up to date with firmware. I now turned on my Xbox. Once booted I hit the pair button the Xbox then while it was flashing hit the one of the headset. Nothing. So I hit it again on the Xbox and held it down on my headset until I heard a beep. Nothing. I then pressed the button on the headset and then the pair button on the Xbox. Nothing. There doesn't seem to be a way to MAKE them pair anymore. This is where I need help. Is there something missing? Is there an absolute order of operations for pairing? Please let me know.

Well, I tried... their support page would never actually submit.

Crazy how 3 years later I can find this thread and say that I have this exact same issue, and that nobody has discovered a fix for it yet.

Just came across this while losing my mind trying to pair mine to series x. I was about to give up and walk away before I have a nervous breakdown and then somehow it paired. I don't know why or how but here is how it did:

I turned on headset. Put on bluetooth pairing mode. WAITED like 5 seconds, then hit the enroll button on series X. I don't know why, but the slight additional delay seems to have worked. Hopefully this will somehow work for anyone else who find this thread.

How do I get my Turtle Beach headset to work on my Xbox?

Press the Pairing Button on the Xbox One Console. The LED on the Console itself should start blinking, indicating that the Console is in Pairing Mode. Press and Hold the Connect Button on the Headset until the Headset's Power LED flashes rapidly, indicating that the headset is in Pairing Mode.

Why won't my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 connect to my Xbox?

Press and hold down the Xbox Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, so please make sure that you do not release it early. Holding that button down too long is better than too short. This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing.
